[FT] Hamilton 1 - 2 Rangers (Waghorn 45, 52)

Recommended Posts

The last time we played at New Douglas Park, we defeated Albion Rovers 2-zip in a Scottish Cup replay. No complaints about the drastic plastic that night.

While we're at it, up until a dozen-15 years past, the Accies were always referred to as, 'the Acas'. Is it the club or the school that has demanded the change?

I remember signs in Hamilton, probably at Douglas Park, itself, and maybe in shop windows in the town, advertising Acas v....whomever.

I was aye told that the Club went to the dogs with Stepek and his crew in the 70s

Best way to get to Douglas Park if not traveling by car is get a train to Hamilton West station. I repeat HAMILTON WEST STATION. NOT Hamilton Central. From that station you're already virtually there. In fact unless you're a local that's a better way to travel to and from Douglas Park than by car.

The standards have been set in the last 2 games and the players have to show they weren't one off revenge matches. That said Id take a smash and grab 3 points now to keep the decent run going but we should be better than that and look to dominate and win comfortably.
