Video: Rangers fan violently attacked on Anniesland train on Old Firm Day

A video has emerged online showing a Rangers fan being attacked on a Glasgow train on Old Firm day.*

 

The clip, posted by a user to YouTube, shows a man punching a Rangers fan during a violent*attack on a ScotRail train.*

 

Bystanders intervened during the attack to split the pair up.*

 

The video was uploaded to YouTube entitled 'A train fight on 334011 at Anniesland after an Old Firm Rangers Celtic football match in Glasgow'.

 

A man in a grey hooded top can be seen launching an attack on a man wearing a Rangers scarf.*

 

The man is thrown into the corner and punched four times before bystanders begin to intervene.*

 

A woman can be heard shouting at the pair to stop fighting before another passenger is seen walking towards the men to break up the fight.*

 

The incident reportedly took place on the 11.30 train at Anniesland on Sunday night, just hours after the old firm.*

 

The incident has been reported to the British Transport Police.*

Aye, 'course they will. Nationalist Police Scotland have already officially ' given up ' on the bottling of two wee boys before previous and seperate Scum matches and that isn't going to change.

 

Not without a fightback - it will not !

To be fair the police did find the culprits who attacked the man at a station after one of the last OF games. It is not all doom and gloom. Sometimes it is just not possible to find the guilty parties. If no witnesses come forward then it becomes very difficult to charge anyone.
