I think in this case it was PC himself in the after-match interview; they've obviously ran with it, though. Did PC actually say he had delivered a list of up to 12 targets? Waghorn is a headless chicken Pete. He misses lots of passes, can't score and for someone of his physical build makes no impact on defenders. He's English Div 2 standard. He's garbage mate.
