Huddersfield v Reading Premier League Play Off

Recommended Posts

Well done Huddersfield! They were the better team (barely). I've been impressed with them this season, but today was always going to be dull; it's too important for it to be an entertaining game.

Nahki Wells has got the Bermuda (Bermudan/Bermudian?) flag round his shoulders.

Bermudian - Many people drop the "I" but it is Bermudian.

Congrats to Huddersfield and congrats to Nahki - a very grounded young man who also "did the right thing" when he got his move to Huddersfield and demanded his hometown club in Bermuda (Dandy Town Hornets) got their development fee for him - had it written into his contract at the time that if Bradford sole him they would get the training fee - small though 75,000 GBP sounds it is HUGE to any club in Bermuda.

Dreadful game of football to be honest. I think Huddersfield and Brighton will go straight back down. Hopefully Newcastle too :D

I feel Benitez may prove to be a turning point for Newcastle. I expect them to be minimum mid table comfortably above any relegation battle and making decent cup runs.
