Rangers 1 Kilmarnock 1 Post Match Discussion.

No. But don't get too upset about the result. Keep faith in PC - it'll work one day.

Which is fair enough - but surely he can't legislate for being awarded a late penalty, having someone see red, then see the penalty missed and see the opponents head up the opposite end of the pitch and score ?

Completely agree that the buck stops at the manager's door - but with that late penalty the game should have been sealed. Instead we go down to 10, miss and they score - not sure the manager can do much about that.

Did he do anything this time?

Broadfoot attempted to stand on his toes three times, Jack pushed him back a little and Kirk fell like a tree-trunk. A fucking disgrace. The ref took ages to sort this out, handed both a yellow, then changed his mind 30 secs onwards and gave him a straight red. Beyond joke. If anything, Ryan, floor the next guy big time.

What I will say though is... Edward Herrera played well tonight and should have been given the penalty. Instead Candeiass who played well but never looked like scoring claimed it and was uncontested save for Herrera. I see more in that simple exchange.

Jack was jack was stupid moving his head forward like that, especially after the last time but what the hell is the red thinking. What made him change his mind? Broadfoot is an actual disgrace. He should have been booked for the penalty and then also sent off as he would have got a yellow for the incident with Jack.

Rangers have themselves to blame more than the Motherwell game but again, we have the most bizarre officiating against us. Even that at the end where the ref stopped the game early on a corner to us. It is just absolutely mind boggling.

Under the current circumstances I'd have done the same as big daft Kirk. He played that smart and Jack was a muppet simplez.

Despite what happened late on, we sure need to put teams to the sword. Our first half was okay, we had chances and did not find the net, which is again a concern.

Killie came out second half much like Motherwell and bar Herrera's there were not that many chances created by us, but several by Killie. We sure lost cohesion in midfield and there was essentially no-one taking up the role of a leader there. It was long-balls again, and 8 out of 10 came straight back. Crowd got nervous, players too, Killie made a go for it and we were far too passive. It's games like these that you must see out over the course of the season ... and for 90 mins we did. Then it descended into a farce, on various levels. We're sure running out of fit and unsuspended players ... and those who can spark this team on right now.
