Its outside the box with a player running in on goal he has to go as did McRorrie against St Mirren. If its inside its a pen and a yellow... outside and the player is off.

Could have went either way as he wasn’t the last man.  There was another central defender there.

 

he wasn’t sent off for being last man.  He was sent off for a dangerous tackle.  Which could have went either way IMHO.  He was over the ball but was going for the ball, not that that matters.
