Gerrard 'interested' to see if Power is cited

Rangers' manager Steven Gerrard says he will be "interested" to see if retrospective action is taken against Kilmarnock's Alan Power following the sides' Scottish Cup last-16 draw. Power's high challenge on Ryan Jack in the first half of the goalless draw warranted a yellow card from Alan Muir.

No chance Compo. Take a look at the table and see how much advantage that lot get from it. The CO is an effective weapon for them. I wonder when the last citation for St Pats was? What year?

The club like no other (for which mankind must offer thanks) has clearly managed to impose a system on the SPL, which, unlike any other such arrangement anywhere, does not function to place  disadvantages on competitors to equalise their chances, but to produce entirely the opposite outcome. The most notable and blindingly obvious beneficiary is itself.

 

Hence, you are incorrect to assert that competition is distorted - it is clearly subverted.
