The car park is a requirement of the club deck & main stand capacity IIRC 

It's disappointing if we're selling any part of the ground. We should be looking to extend our footprint, not reducing it.

Yes, the Albion was part of the club deck requirements, but I wouldn't be surprised to see that waived if the Council were to benefit from it by allowing them to buy the land.
