Erm, not sure another loss is going yield positive comments but I thought Aribo played quite well and showed a good attitude last night.

 

He does need to learn to move the ball quicker when he's used in deeper areas though.  Other than him, the rest of the team were woefully inconsistent and/or wasteful on the ball.  Tav and Barisic tried hard to support the attack but their supply was very poor for the most part.

 

Morelos and Kamberi looked reasonable first half, as did Hagi, but all three feel out of it somewhat after the goal.

It's between Kamberi and Aribo, for me. 

 

Ultimately, Kamberi didn't take his chance(s), so Aribo gets it. I thought he put himself about well, won the ball back a lot, and tried to make things happen.

Aribo played well in the first half, Morelos in the second. Overall, I'll give it to Morelos, who was unlucky not to score on a couple of occasions.

I found it strange that he was screaming at Borna after the goal, where it was Goldson and Tav that were far more culpable. Is it because Borna is an easier target?

Thought Borna was as culpable at the goal ad he was skinned in the build up - cross came in unchallenged, they hit bar then, well, you know the rest. Unless McGregor was having flashbacks and thought it was Papac ?

 

As for MOTM - Aribo best of band bunch
