Rangers withdraw from American court case as Ibrox board bid for Kyle Fox damages ends

 

RANGERS have withdrawn their legal action against an American businesswoman who was seeking to strike a multi-million-pound share purchase and investment deal.

The Ibrox board instigated proceedings against Kyle Fox and KRF Capital amid claims that she was attempting to ‘trick’ investors into thinking that stakes in RIFC plc were for sale with the blessing of the top table that is headed by chairman Douglas Park.

BARRY SCOTT has resigned as a director of the Company to pursue his other business commitments.

The Directors wish him well in those endeavours.

Generally, we have been prolific with bullish statements but it hasn't often finished well.

 

The Ashely episode being a long term example that loosely mirrored the 90 minutes last week against Liverpool.

We have to increase revenue medium to long term. That requires investment.

 

Not allocating more money to the Playing budget has consequences but the board need to look further ahead, as well as the present.

It could be that a confidential out-of-court settlement has been reached.

 

Best to get it out of the way anyway and not having management time focusing on something time-consuming that's overseas.
