Selfishly I’d rather they were put out early on so I don’t have to watch or listen to the cluelessly demented but that’s unfair to English football supporters who go faithfully to their clubs’ matches home and away. I've been to Qatar many times, I know what it's like and what you can or can't do. I've no interest in a continual deluge of virus signalling news about how Qatar doesn't share our values. There are many countries with a much more malign system of government than Qatar that will never be mentioned by Gary Lineker.
