[FT] Rangers 2 (Tavernier 15' pen; Kamara 57') - 0 St Johnstone

In my opinion, that should be a yellow but the follow through with high studs is a sending off in the modern game.

If yahoos think Collum is on our side, they're even more mental than I previously suspected.

I wish the so-called drummer would get a red card in the opening minutes of the next game and thereafter suspended sine die. It’s irritating enough on the telly. It must be murder for folk inside the ground.

Drum doesn't bother me one bit as i tend to concentrate on whats going on on the park and I sit quite near in the west enclosure.

We salute your concentrationability, ov.

You’re probably right, though. There’s more going on in the ground to take your mind off it.

Collum made a bad mistake at Easter road that cost us and we got the benefit of the doubt on Saturday.

Poor officiating

Our penalty was a penalty, their red card was a red card, Ryan Jack tackle was never a red card. End of story. What else is there to know?

If I'm honest, at the game I thought the penalty was harsh and Jack was extremely lucky to escape a red.

In watching it back I now think the handball was a penalty but the handball rule is a nonsense, and Jack's tackle was correctly given as a yellow.

That's all well and good, everyone's entitled to an opinion. All I was doing was stating the facts.

It was a penalty because a penalty was awarded.

It was a red card because a red card was awarded.

Jack's tackle was only a yellow card because only a yellow card was given.

Willie Collum doesn't make mistakes about issues like these 😉

We shouldn't take the yahoo bait and get involved in a debate about issues that are incontestable. 😂
