[FT] Hearts 0 - 3 Rangers (Morelos 9, 67; Tillman 34)

Recommended Posts

We now have so many forward thinking players who can actually play - Fashion, Alfie, Kent, Tillman, Cantwell and tonight our full backs looked like the Borna and Tav of old.

Lundstram and Kamara bossing the midfield.

Actually at half time I was in no doubt Tillman was head and shoulders the best player on the park but they obviously took his batteries out at the interval. He's a superb footballer but he has to start playing for at least 60-70 minutes.

It’s also encouraging to see a little bit of competition being added to the squad having a motivating impact.  But most pleasing is having a manager who is clearly coaching and communicating very well, as well as adapting our system to suit the squad.

Best performance of the season.

I enjoyed watching Rangers for the first time in months.

The manner of the performance and victory were very impressive. Hearts were on a great run, clearly the 3rd best team in league, picked an attacking line-up and they and their fans clearly fancied their chances.

That was a real Rangers out their tonight, swatted Hearts aside.

Very impressive. Always in their faces, always pressure. That's how we play best, this is how we should play.

Thankfully, it seems many of our players rose to the challenge and challenges, let's hope we keep it at that level. And to imagine what will come off the bench in due course ...
