Not much to choose from I watch seventy minutes of uninspiring huffing and puffing football so I go for our goalie he hadn’t much to do but he did it well

Went for Borna - some great deliveries into the box and an assist for Goldsons opener. He has been terrific since returning from the World Cup.

I have to go for Cantwell over Goldson.

 

Unfortunately, Raskin simply doesn't have a full 90 minutes in his tank, whereas Cantwell is still imposing himself after 90 minutes. Goldson was superb, Davies was composed. I've been a big critic of Tavernier this season and frankly he has been consistently awful but this time he made a significant and positive contribution. Barisic makes some great crosses but most of the time I'm at a loss to know why since almost nothing ever comes of it.

Yeah, I thought Goldson wasn't at his best especially in the early part of the game. Cracking header for the opening goal tho.

Cantwell for me - would like to have seen him play further forward but have been impressed with his effort off the ball and in a defensive sense which I was unsure he'd have.

I've went for Goldson. He is a real leader for us and love the way he drags the team forward in games like this.
