I went to baseball twice, only went the second time because I thought it couldn't be as dull as it was the first time....

No relegation in the major leagues as far as I'm aware. I've also read that some teams will deliberately lose so they can get an early pick in the draft. It's probably not a good comparison actually, while players do move teams the transfer market isn't like football's.

They signed him on a free last summer, and he's contracted till 2026. Good league, good club, long contract, hence the fee. His stats are fine.

Mad the reaction to this that I've seen compared to Lammers and Dessers who, to be fair, have a better record than him in the Netherlands.

I've just read the responses. Delighted with Danilo but concerned about Lammers, when the latter has a better goal record in the Netherlands!

 

Apparently the source is tier 1 for Feyenoord. Romano follows them.

Was referring to the stats you posted with minutes played. Worked out about 15 full games worth of minutes.  I know the Mexican lad was good for Feyenoord though.

Yeah, I think he was a back-up. Probably why he's looking to move.

They have apparently knocked back a bid of 5 million from us for him. A bit part player who is in his mid twenties and played one full year of professional football. They got him for free last season, likely not on big money (which is why we will be interested). This one is a bold move and certainly not without risk.

Or, a youngster that's just turned 24, that scored 10 goals in 15 full league games in his first proper season?

 

Edit: it's not his first season, he played 33 (17 goals) times at Twente three seasons ago, and two seasons ago he played 20 (9 goals) times for Ajax.
