International break comes at the worst possible moment.

Disagree.

After getting pounded by PSV, we didn't exactly respond well a few days later, so maybe we need a break (I know I'm glad we're not playing for a couple of weeks).  And it's the perfect opportunity to replace the manager.

A few of them have won things recently.  A few others are fairly well respected.

I just want someone who knows what they're doing.

Me too. If we get a manager who knows what they're doing, I would expect him to start by building a strong foundation. We have a good keeper now, so the next thing we need is a complete new back 4. That would have to be the priority for any new manager in January.

Just what we need, a manager only able to communicate with the players through a translator. No thanks.

That's just for the press interviews, is it not? A bit like Pochettino at Southampton? He actually spoke English just fine.

Bielsa would be an outstanding appointment. A truly elite coach. One of the best there's ever been.

The football would certainly excite us.

He's just been appointed Uruguay manager, though.

There's no denying his talent, I would agree. His english is not good (Pochettino's English is far better), and I'm sure I've heard him admitting as much.

I don't think it matters, to be honest. I wouldn't pass up the opportunity just because he can't speak english. It did Leeds no harm.

A move is highly unlikely.
