I think if we're honest we know that Sima wanting to stay or not will have little to do with what actually happens at the end of this season. It's basically a meat market and there are big £numbers at stake.

Aye that's fair.

Although Tillman never gave the impression he wanted to stay and lo and behold, he didn't.

Tillman's new club, PSV, have a 100% win record in their league (played 16, won 16).

It's not related to this thread, but I just thought it was impressive.

Very impressive, also another great example of a guy that could'nt keep a job outside Holland, going back and dominating.

Thought Sterling was excellent again after being pressed into a fairly unfamiliar position in the last week or two.  Balogun equally good but I'll stick with Dujon because he's not played much at all so it was a big ask to come into the side and perform as well as he has.

After his recent outings I've pivoted from thinking we will struggle at Parkhead with Lundstram in midfield on his own to thinking they will struggle to deal with Lundstram and Sterling.

If he can keep these performances up the likes of Raskin and Jack wont get back in the team, should a Christmas miracle occur and they miraculously regain fitness.

Most votes have been cast. The featured five are Sterling, Tavernier, Balogun, Lundstram and Sima.

Remind me. What were we saying about them in September/October?

A lesson for us all, myself foremost: do not rush to judgement.

I wonder what we’ll be saying about them at the end of the month.
