There is no doubt about it, he sets the stall out not to lose games and relies on our better players having enough to create something in the 90 mins that will win us the game - and its working.

Against Celtic is a different matter - he just knows how to win these games.

Scoring 6 losing 0 is it not?

Celtic 0 - 1 Rangers (Ehiogu)

Rangers 2 - 0 Celtic (Boyd, Adam)

Rangers 3 - 0 Celtic (Novo, Fergie, Novo)

Makes no difference Stewarty, we get what you mean.

Cheers. Coisty was on being interviewed by Chick Dung on Radio Scotland before last nights match and was defending the selection of McCulloch in the lone strikers role by saying that he played the role excellently well (or words to that effect) in the Scottish Cup tie against Hibs. Now, I wasn't at the game but I watched it on TV and it safely goes down as one of the most turgid peformances of the season in my book. Far too defensive against a team struggling in the SPL and a team to whom we should never ever play with one up front unless we have the biggest injury and suspension crisis in the history of football.

He is right to be cautious against the bigger sides but Pana are no better than ourselves and we should have had a go at them

Disagree with this. We had totally nothing to lose in Barcelona, we should have had a go at them instead of lying down and rolling over. Against stuttgart at home and away we only took them on when we went behind. He was too defensive last time round and a leopard can't change his spots.
