Boyd's Gesture at his goal...?

Recommended Posts

Did anyone see when Boyd scored his goal, Burley stood up in the stand and gave the wanker gesture and shouted "get it up ye mate"???

When is this silliness going to end?:brick:

Just to clarify here, are you saying that when Boyd scored George Burley stood up and gave Kris Boyd the wanker sign? :fish:

Aye rrrrrrrrrrrrrright then. No way would a manager do that.

I go with Bluedell on this one and i wonder if most of you who say Burley should make the move, would say the same if it was Paul Hartley. Boyd should have bided his time and proved Burley wrong on the park.(As he is now doing)

Something tells me even if the gesture was at McCulloch it was still a GIRUY at Burley,if you get my drift.

The thing about Boyd is, he is playing with a desire to prove someone (Burley) wrong at the moment and its improved his overall game. Its a shame its taken that to move him up a gear.

For me, he still has to continue this for the next 10-15 games before il be convinced he is a player.

It also shows Burley to be a bit weak, the likes of Sir Alex or Walter wouldnt stand for that - after all it was Boyd who quit. But Burley has also shot himself in the foot with this for not putting him on ahead of 2 untried strikers. The whole thing stinks of typical Scottishness though does it!
