  1. Past hour
  2. Sorry for the late answer. I doubt my niece would be interested to be honest as she is very set in her ways, and I don't know if she speaks English that good. She is the only one left in that side of her family. My brother-in-law was in the army until recently when he retired. He was on paid leave for the last years, though. His son joined the army. After a number of years, he decided to come out into civvy land. He couldn't adapt to normal work, so he approached his ex-commander if he could rejoin again as he made a mistake coming out. His commander refused to let him back in. A few weeks later, they found him hanging from a tree. He had taken his own life. I suppose that is the same in reverse.
  3. It might have been a poor final but we are not at that level we did okay in the Thursday night cup but the same lot couldn't beat Queens park nope not good enough
  4. Two months before the first qualifying game in Europe and we haven't a manager we haven't a full squad looks to me like we haven't a clue what to do is this takeover going to get over the line if not we will be up the creek without a paddle
  5. Today
  6. So what are we thinking no announcement until next week? I did expect it to be quicker but I suppose you need to make sure it's the right appointment
  7. Yeah, we would have been straight through to the group stages. That missed penalty/letting in the goal were real sliding doors moments.
  8. I wonder if Tony Bloom of B&H Albion, as a new investor, had any influence here.
  9. Yes. It could so easily have been us.
  10. Just noticed McInnes is Hearts manager. I missed that totally
  11. I would like a manager/coach who’s philosophy is attacking football at the end of the day the fans want entertainment they don’t want dull dreich football week in week out
  12. I’m not up to the rules of these competitions does Spurs victory mean they will be playing in next season’s champions league
  13. It was galling for me to watch these 2 teams who certainly did not outclass us, for all their big investments. In fact, but for Butland's howler we would have beaten Manure.
  14. That would certainly be standard for this kind of VC deal. Everything has pretty much been agreed and there's a period of due diligence to be completed prior to it being signed and sealed.
  15. Bloody hell I fly back from Florida on the 21st of July. No time to waste.
  16. It's the hope that kills you...
  17. RIP Ange-ball.
  18. With Martin preferring Leicester, Ancelotti preferring Brazil and Gerrerd's wife vetoing his move to Ibrox, @compo may be right after all - big Sam may be the last man standing.
  19. Makes me think that the deals are in place, and the Club is operating under interregnum rules.
  20. Legally they won't be able to. There will be something in place to state that any contracts over a certain value will have to be agreed by Newco, the company that will be buying the shares on behalf of the 49ers/Cavenagh.
