A very reasonable view, BUT there are many Rangers fans who are losing out due to the lack of coverage, eg no home game commentary on the radio, not using social media etc. I know quote a few fans who don't use social media and podcasts. The club may have to take them into account in its decision of how to deal with the BBC going forward. There's also the issue that we have the moral high ground in that they are boycotting us. If we then ban them, they have the moral high ground and can can claim we're being petty. Many on here may not care, but it could impact the club's image and the ability to get sponsors.

I was going to point out that the initial part of the article refers to BBC rather than BBC Scotland, but thinking about it further the BBC as a whole are complicit and London have backed the approach of their biased counterparts in Scotland and refused to investigate it, despite numerous complaints to them, including one from@ian1964.

I had to laugh at Michael Stewart's assessment of Aberdeen's red card against us. When told that it had to be a red due to the rules, he says the rules are wrong. He then says the incident goes against the spirit of the rules. The rules are clearly laid out to ensure clarity and there's no "spirit" involved. If the law-makers could have easily included the word "deliberate" but they deliberately didn't and therefore wanted incidents like this to be a red. He lastly says that the rules don't cover an incident like this. Yes, they do. It's not a red if the player is attempting to get the ball. This was an example of a player not attempting to get the ball so it is a red. It's clearly covered by the rules.

I'm just pissed off with Celtic as their actions made me watch Sturgeon's briefing yesterday for the first time.

I don't think Celtic should get away scot-free with a blatant disregard of the Covid bubble rules and playing a player who has been outside of their bubble. Our players got 7 games suspension. We can turn a blind eye to it and the favourable treatment of Celtic by the SFA/SPFL will continue unabated, not forgetting the health risk that Celtic created.

Yes, you're right about the surprise. I think you're referring to 4 in a row, and I think that we may have won the league in our 4th last game, which takes away some of the tension, particularly after the previous season's nail-biter against Aberdeen. IIRC, the day also suffered from the club trying to stage manage the proceedings to try and prevent some songs being sung, which took away the spontaneity. But hey, I'll be happy if we're complaining about a lack of excitement due to winning our 4th title in a row!
