It's a massive game because of the hype surrounding it...i was thinking the other day about what will happen if we do win...we've qualified! thats it...haven't won anything...knocking france or italy out will be fantastic but if we go to the tournament and have one of our usual campaigns then what was it all about? glorious failure yet again....and if we get beat on saturday...then we may see the nasty side of the TA...can you imagine 40 and 50 somethings in kilts and see you jimmy hats tearing up the place...haha...belter! doubt it tho..they'd probably just find a fountain to jump in...in their usual 'whacky' way...but in all honesty i think we've got a great group of players...even the tim ones...and i think we have a chance. So COME ON SCOTLAND!!!!

did anyone from the forum go? i read that the trust has sent a letter to celtic asking them to address the H word with their fans...i dont know if that was discussed but i'd be interested to know how the day went.

Got to think positive guys and go along for the rollercoaster ride...no point in sitting back and thinking if they get beat 'well i told you so'...football's a passionate game so lets get passionate about our country's chances with Hutton Weir Ferguson McCulloch representing the Rangers....McLeish IMO has always been a lucky manager and we're gonna need it.... McFadden's goal against the french got me believin'...the hand of destiny is placed upon our shoulders...or something like that;-)

Thing is...if he goes will we be able to replace him? i just hope the lure of continued CL football keeps him at ibrox for at least this season

No-one likes us...and its getting a bit annoying. This is the sort of stuff the tims leap all over....they make up lies if there's nothing reported...25,000 people and we're getting dug up for littering and people pishing in the street FFS meanwhile the next celtic invasion will be a charm offensive that the papers lap up...same old same old

I felt that when JCD and Cousin came on against ICT, I would call that our strongest IX ( McGregor, Hutton Papac Weir Cuellar Ferguson Hemdani McCulloch Beasley JCD Cousin )and i hope Wattie realises that and doesnt sell...do we need to sell them? i'd say no so lets keep the team intact until we've won something and by that i mean the title.

Hello fellow bears! Glad to be back on Gersnet...i used to post on here a few years ago under another name ( stan hibbert ) and now the prodigal has returned... Its an exciting time to be a bear and i look forward to posting and getting in among the issues affecting this great club... BTW am in mourning for ali douglas...cannae believe it!
