Tav has had more of his fair share of criticism from the support over his time here. FFS Tav etc. Much of it deserved. But ultimately he is on a different level as a player to Barisic.

Sorry, but much of it is deserved. He defends like the guy running at him has a knife. Does he know you are allowed to put a tackle in. Sick of watching him let people run into our box unopposed. He also has a bad habit of getting his head stuck down after a mistake. His role in our recent capitulations at Sharkhead cant be ignored. If people want to ignore that and call him a whipping boy or whatever then that's fine. The evidence is clear to see.

Francis got a nice position as senator of the royal village of justice a year or so after the malicious prosecution of Clark and Whitehouse. They were awarded 20 million. As an aside I wonder how and who came up with that amount and how they justified it. Probably just another coincidence around a long line of coincidences surrounding the 2012 events and I’m wrong. But Occam’s Razor.

There has been more failures than that. And the group involved are set to make even more money due to these legal proceedings. Is it incompetence or is there something more sinister. My thoughts are the latter. These individuals have profited greatly from what happened to our club in 2012 and continue to do so for their involvement. Both from running the club into the ground syphoning out money when in charge and now from this ‘botched’ legal case. Or perhaps payments for services rendered.

I have no idea why there is no accountability on the individuals who cost the public all this money. If this was part of the wider scam then it was flawless.

Yilmaz and Davies never got a proper pre season with us. Came in quite late and had to get up to speed quickly. I know it’s probably a bit of a lost point considering our injury record but players who come in on time for a full pre season would be better prepared fitness wise (at least that’s the theory)

I think today was a good example of why we should wait to the end of the season before deciding.

We need to see it more consistently but yes this performance was very welcome. Only downside of today was more injuries
