  1. There are many possibilities, just like picking your own favourite serial killer. I think Matondo goes under the radar. never seems to be fit for more than 3 games.
  2. Darren Anderton would look like Wolverine next to half this lot, its unreal.
  3. No i got it spot on. The final straw for the medical staff was 366.25 earth rotations ago
  4. Clement is the 3rd manager now who has had to endure injuries we haven't seen since the 90's. He cant be accountable for this IMO so expecting him to fix it is not realistic.
  5. I think thats a good idea but only if they play. For example it looks like Watson at Killie comes off the bench most weeks. No point in loaning them out to sit on the bench.
  6. We need to make better decisions as a club. We cant be giving a 30 year old centre back 38k a week for four years. Sheer stupidity.
  7. We currently have a higher playing staff wage bill than other mob fc. Investment is pointless if you piss it away. Also how do you get big investment and stay ffp compliant? Just do better with what we have, it may seem impossible but stranger things have happened.
  8. Steven’s looked good in the recent youth games I’ve seen, wide attacking player. But he’s off on a free at the end of the season too. Another shambles. Lovelace leaving on a free too. Maybe the likes of Curtis and Webster are closest.
  9. Your the only other person I’ve seen say that, I’ve said myself plenty from what I have seen of him he looks a waste of 6 million. Not sure why so many see him as some kind of striker panacea.
  10. And for the Butland thing don’t think his family ever moved up here and based on that alone I reckon he is off.
  11. Someone on FF posted Thursday Barisic, Lawrence and Davies were going to play. Celtic played Forrest only to run at Barisic.
  12. Barron would walk into our current midfield which tells you everything you need to know..
  13. I think much of that comes down to management style. SG knew how to put a good solid team together which was hard to break down, however he struggled to break down the 'park the bus'. Look at his record v some of the diddy teams (Killie a good example) compared to Clement. Who has his team play a more expansive, direct open style. I think Clement needs to learn to be a bit more pragmatic.
  14. Everyone knows Beale was the brains behind all that
  15. He had to And Phil 'has to' now. Hindsight is a wonderful thing and we all know Walter was a great manager for us, but many will tell you that year after year when we were beaten by AEK Athens and IFK Goteburg at the time many of the support were calling for his head and it ultimately got him sacked.
  16. He had spent about 10 million 3 years in a row, if that's not enough to beat Malmo then games a bogey.
  17. If Gerrard was such a good manager how come he never managed to win a domestic cup? He also made a pigs ear of it v Malmo in what would have been a massive boost getting to the CL for the club. I think there is a lot of revisionism around him. He had a good record against Celtic yes, but only really managed to beat them over the course of the season once. I think Gerrard is part of the reason why we are where we are, we should have sold off some of his team when we got bids in and not hold on to players for far too long.
  18. He did but he has the same amount of winners medals as big Phil. I dont care if you get them beating celtic loads or not. Just. Win. Hings.
