Maybe Cousin will score the only goal of the tie. As for the morale issue, the players are big boys, they'll get over it. WS will pick the team he feels will win us the tie, the players NEED to accept this or move on.

Loyalty isn't the part of many players thoughts in football, it's not just Cousin who is guilty here.

How do you know he doesn't give a toss? He wants to leave but maybe he's got the attitude that if his Fulham move falls through then maybe by playing well I'll get a move to another club in the summer. Saying he doesn't giove a toss is incorrect. Remember Gio used us as a stepping stone to the EPL but no one got tore into him by saying that.

If WS goes with 2 strikers tonight I'd feinately play Boyd. If he goes with 1 which we all know he will then I hope WS doesn't go near Boyd tonight.

We need to play the guy who can do the best job dfor us tonight. JCD is able to play the role but suspended and he's been pish recently, Boyd can't do the lone striker role in the SPL so there's no way he can do it in europe. Cousin, if available is the only guy who can successfully play the role for us. PS When was the last time Boyd scored in europe?

I seem to have a general feeling of sadness after they fuckt my coupon. I've not had a winner in a while and haven't been overly confident on any coupon for months now so whay did I think I'd win tonight? I hope Crewe get relegated, go bust and the volcano that lies in the centre of town erupts destroying the place. That would make me a bit happier.

It's not perfection being able to trap a ball or pass a ball to a player who is 10 yards away. It's being a good footballer. On a football field I'd define perfection as scoring from 25 yards out into the top corner with every shot you take, scoring hat-tricks etc etc.

I goto games too mate. You're making things up now. I didn't say I wanted world class players at Rangers. All I want is players who can trap a ball and pass a ball. Do you think only world class players can do that? We're making progress. You'd need to be blind to say we're not. But all I want is for Rangers to play good football. Obviously I want that every game but I'm realistic enough to understand it doesn't happen like that but I want ti more than it has been happening the past month or 2.

Like I said earlier in this thread, I often turn over to another match rather than watch Rangers bore me to tears. I'm not wanting perfection from the players, well I do but that'll never happen. No one is perfect but I do want them to realise that there passing and control of the ball is pish poor. That is something that can be worked on.

Point taken but did you watch Celtic on Sunday? The Pittodrie pitch was a midden and Celtic dominated Aberdeen creating good chances all game. It can be done.

But none of us are on 10k+ a week though. The players must have a wee laugh to themselves when they get home after a match. "I played poorly tonight but I'm still getting my �£10k wage plus my bonus for playing!"

Watch our next SPL game and take note of the amount of misplaced touches and passes from Rangers players. You'll be shocked! Very often the 2nd touch is a tackle.

Spot on. They're professionals so they should be able to do the basics correctly. Like I said earlier, if it was a mechanic who was making errors he'd get the sack!
