  1. Ditching the Blue would actually kill me tbh it’s my 🧬 it’s practically woven into my skin , I recently purchased a new car and added my cherished reg plate thinking my car was a Avatar Blue through pictures etc I seen and videos doing research driving mainly in light conditions may I add , the main point I’ve noticed is when it’s in the shade it’s like a dull green yet when in sunshine it’s Avatar Blue. I hate to admit it I’m actually thinking of not driving it and getting a new one as my plate doesn’t deserve it. Have faith in Blue @compo there really isn’t any other colour out there even if you do go with Fancy Avatar blue, I was influenced tbh by the other half that’s last time I’ll be doing that for sure until I need something else ofcourse 😂
  2. Marco Rose | Steven Gerrard Games Managed | 415 | 292 | Wins | 239 | 161 | Goals For Per Game | 2.02 | 1.80 | Goals Against Per Game | 1.15 | 0.88 | Points Per Game | 1.92 | 1.88 | Win Percentage | 57.6% | 55.1% | Trophies | 5 | 1 | Plus we need to look at the players each have brought in one being Erling Haaland whilst at Salzburg and the other being xavi Simmons RB leipzig Whilst SG has brought in Kent , Ollie Watkins and former team mate Coutinho. yet there is also the backing from Red bull so could Steven Gerrard to better with the financial backing? I’m still convinced Steven G left his last job due to the fact he was in the relegation zone with his Saudi team and that would of more than likely made his time as a manager over, coming to us now we have the financial backing will potentially make his future in management a lot better and seems like the only option to reignite his career . He will no doubt leave us again once he gets interest from other clubs. I’ll be forever grateful to SG for giving us 55 but to say he was going onto better things is like a kick in the teeth.
  3. It’s getting better and better , Daily record clip saying how a taxi driver was told on 2 occasions that Klop 😱 will be heading our way. another one to add to the list after all he is on the books at Red bull haha. @Rousseau🥳 https://apple.news/AlkuvP_zbQf-MpF9UoTylCA
  4. I’m 110% behind you in this one @Scott7 but this Persona to me reminds me of a Churchill in his Siren suit ( old bricklayers attire) that shows he/they are willing to grapple the job at hand and see it through no nonsense approach , let’s hope this Siren suit gets taken off pretty quickly. I’m sure a few shareholders will be reminding him of it once they are properly informed of our ways and values as a club.
  5. Well at least we know something has/ is happening welcome to the club 🤣 at least we have captured photographic evidence of our possible new manger the mystery seems to be nearly solved, all we need to do is track the source and hopefully they took a few others. No worries anyway not as If anyone isn’t itching to know who our next manager is and leading us back to where we belong, hopefully the next one will be clearer
  6. I actually managed to put it on three times 🤣 @Rousseau can you help me out here and give me a clip around the wings
  7. The Red bull contract with Leeds is expected to be about £75 million yet no exact figures have been released but it’s also expected to be about £10 million this year with promotion to the PL giving the greater exposure and commercial opportunities top flight football has, So maybe ours will be similar giving our European football aspects and our large fan base, after all no one in a Gers top doesn’t want to be seen with a can of monster walking to Ibrox, I can just imagine the Red bull cars/vans with the massive can on them outside Ibrox stadium getting us all caffeinated up before the match begins.
  8. I suppose that makes sense, I was Argylls and even we were tougher than the marines, they even adopted part of our name Plymouth Argylls after we reinforced them during the Second World War.
  9. Let's be honest here for a moment. If he were to become a candidate, which is most definitely likely to happen given the odds now , probably the most likely scenario is he just didn't want to be an arsehole. Imagine the awkwardness or backlash he would have had saying, "Nah, mate, I'm good. We just dumped you out of Europe. Don't really need the scarf and hat." Sometimes, you just smile, nod, and accept the slightly bizarre gifts of overly enthusiastic fans. Or I suppose it’s similar to the old local man/woman giving your children a sweet in today's world, thinking it’s the right thing to do. I don’t know what his team at the time thought about it, but I’m sure the fans were in stitches when they saw the picture of him wearing it, which I suppose goes to show his comedic genius. It's all part of the beautiful, chaotic theatre of football. Who knows? He might still have it and use it to polish the trophies he is about to win us . Not everything is a negative in my opinion. We have a massive sense of trolling if this goes in our favour with our backing from the investors. New kit sponsors could also be lined up with Red Bull, ( which I’m sure he won’t be pleased about) given their links to the 49ers enterprise with Leeds, yet that will no doubt bring in more revenue for us as a club. Eyes on the prize, lads.
  10. If we can give Michael Beale the benefit of the doubt after SG departed based on his tactical abilities then there is no reason why we can’t give Rose the benefit of the doubt based on the fact he wore a scarf and a hat, in my opinion anyone who tactically and outwits our rivals and plays the football we all have been craving a chance then we will be in a vicious circle if SG where to come back as second spell at Ibrox. Yet as they say it’s not in our hands but the Gods above to decide our fate for the next decade at least.
  11. Agreed he was by far one of our worst flops he was after all coached at youth level there.
  12. Supposedly Scott Brown was a Rangers fan too but I don’t know about that tbh 🤣
  13. If we can give Mo Johnstone , Kenny miller, and I believe Chris Burke was once part of the setup over there before they came to us a chance to make there mark, I’m sure we will be willing to give Rose a chance depending on what he says obviously about the Hat Scarf situation and how he performs, I’m confident he is the strongest candidate in terms of what way we need to play and what us fans want them to play like. Yes with SG we know what to expect but then again do we really want to go backwards or forwards.
  14. Good thing about Rose I suppose is he is more familiar with European football and champions league/Europa league games, plus as we know the Germans have a knack for pressing and dynamic transitions. Put the hat and scarf aside who knows it could have been flung in a bin outside after the game or on route to the dressing room , I’m sure he will be quizzed on it if he was to become our next manager.
  15. Especially if he uses the Dunes at Gullane
  16. I’ve been doing some research on Jock Wallace, let’s hope Rose uses the sand dunes at Gullane like jock did as it’s sure to build up some muscles and definitely aid in the overall fitness of the players or chuckies will do also, was he a Royal Marine? Supposedly a player said he was explains the intimidating and hard work regime if that was true 🤣 I suppose one thing Rose does do is wants to play fast direct football and cut out all the high and wide balls and play more dynamic football and both seemed to like hard work or wanting the ball won back straight away soon as they lost it yet also wanting more energy and emphasis.
  17. Marco Rose quote “The basic ideas behind my playing philosophy are emotionality, hunger and being active. We want to be very active against the ball, sprint a lot. We want to win high balls and have short ways to the goal. We don’t want to play high and wide, but fast, dynamic and actively forward. This all sounds really awesome, but it’s gonna take time to develop these things, I’ve always played a diamond when I’ve had the opportunity to do it, bringing in two strikers. Our system, even when we play with all three up front, is something like a diamond.” I believe he got given the hat and scarf was because a fan gave him it after they got humped by his former team, plus the fact I believe Rodger’s was jumping ship heading to Leicester. I’m a fan of his work especially when he was with Dortmund. Whoever it is like previous people have said needs to know our football club and what we as fans want and that is to win every single game regardless if it’s a friendly or not.
  18. 😱 something we may all agree on ! 🤞
  19. Raskin for me without a shadow of doubt, showed up on the day.
  20. I was actually thinking when you 🤞 you were getting there but unfortunately as Barry said the team never took his instructions so what’s the point or points in this case 🤣
  21. I agree to a point Cammy no doubt about it that science and technology may aid in certain aspects of the new footballer of today, Prime example of why I will take old school footballers any day is there wasn’t any bull shit similar to my day in the Army early 00’s when you went on a Run or a TAB /CFT and showed any sort of lack of effort you got beasted, One Golf club one Golf ball open field and need I say the rest 🤣 If you were lucky and the Cpl would have a bad day and slice it you would be away in the first seconds but you didn’t show lack of effort or desire again, I think todays footballers are pampered and every knock or strain is seen as a precautionary measure which makes them soft and come under a false sense of safety thinking there careers will be some how ok, sure times have changed and we must change with it etc but come on Ripping socks to aid the calf injuries or Jude Bellingham has his socks ripped every game and the club pays the fine every time it’s done 🤣. How many injuries were there in the old days and how many were out for long periods baring in mind the balls and the surfaces and boots they had back then to today’s modern dynamic football was 100x worse. New approach is needed and fast to establish a better atmosphere within our club and what standards need to be maintained, I hope this new investment group can instal that in the club like it’s showing they are doing at Leeds with being ruthless and calling out the ones who don’t put in the effort and desire we as fans expect and deserve for our continued support , let’s hope the other 49% of our board also acknowledges this radical change is needed.
  22. You can be the fittest man on the planet but when the team isn’t helping you by carrying the load it soon starts to make you feel weak and Dessers is a prime example of this along with a few others, majority only turn up for the big games like next Sunday will probably be the case.
  23. I can’t explain it and I don’t think anyone on here can, we only hear what’s going on at the club when it’s made public or they give explanations for the way they want to see the club being run, so far I think I’ve had more of a understanding of the fiasco from our former captain and intern manager Barry Ferguson and his assessments of what’s been going on behind closed doors especially from his press conference today.
  24. Next Sunday is going to be a barrel of laughs, Not looking forward to this one bit, yet it does make me wonder if the cogs are starting to be turned with the new investors and players know there times up hence the downing tolls and not playing ball.
  25. Fergusons after match press conference says it all Rangers interim head coach Barry Ferguson:"Not good enough. I know it is a difficult place to come, but when you take the lead twice, you need to maintain that lead. "That's been a problem all season and that's the reason why we have not been challenging. You can do as much work on the training ground and say as many things in meetings, but when you cross that white line, you have to deal with it yourself. "When you speak to them individually and as a group and you ask them to do things and they don't do it, what is the point? That's the thing that frustrates me."
