Ongoing new manager discussion and speculation

Michel Preud'Homme or MPH for short. he'll have us up to speed in no time. lol -
Everything about the tims offend me, their faux Irish culture, their terrorist glorification, their sick history of child abuse, their ''love me love me'' attention seeking, their offended by everything, shamed by nothing behaviour. I could go on and on, suffice to say, they are the scum of the earth.

[FT] Hearts 1 - 3 Rangers (Miller 43, 65; Windass 73)

I don't think they are ever going to be big pals off the field, but i think they are professional enough to keep their differences in house. My wife is a big Man-U fan and she always reminds me, when i say players don't get on, that Andy Cole and Teddy Sheringham never spoke to each other for several season when they played together, but you would never know that when they played in a match. -

I think we need to cut the players some slack here, very poor seven days for them, losing a semi final then Wednesday's debacle, then losing their manager. Although in KM position the could be well worth some celebrating on it's own. Windass had a poor game imo and i think he knew that, but scoring in spite of that, could have caused his look at me antics. Up to today a pretty torrid few days, let them enjoy their day, it's what the do from now that counts in my book. -

Deladrunk pished again? -
I like it, a bit tight round the narrow streets, but so is Hampdump. Ideal for the Scotland games, but anyone thinking the tims wont get the cup finals or a semi-final as we will too, is deluded imo.

That was a good result today, Hearts weren't in it for the first twenty three minutes then they turned up for a free kick to score. Second half was a turn up for the books, we came out and did what we haven't done for a few games, we competed. A few good performances today, Morelos for his tireless work, McCrorie for his steadfastness, Kenny Miller for being there when we needed him, Declan John, Wilson, Tav, and everyone else for showing some belief today. Keep it up Rangers. -
He's still dead.

Oooft, that's like a before and after photo of someone on hard drugs, shows you what can happen when playing for the tims when young.

Yeh i remember that game and often quote it when McInnes is brought up, they played us off the park that day, we were lucky not to get skelped but i think we got the draw? I Knew one of their players that day and told him latter what i thought, he was full of praise for McInnes and his methods. He could do a job at Rangers, but would it be a good enough job to take us back to the top, my inner jury is out on that atm. -

Ally walked right past me and the Bears along the track at the last away game to Thistle, i clapped him on the way past, for as a player he is a legend, as a manager he was a disaster. He will always get my respect, but i don't want him back at the club, not unless he loses 30 years, 4 stone and puts his boots on again. -

We are a wounded animal, have been for a while now, going back to Ally, Warburton and Pedro, Teams and their managers could sniff blood, we are physically and mentally weak, But so were the tims by the time Delia was forced out. Look what has happened to them since the appointment of Rodgers? Get the right manager in and we can turn our team into a team of warriors if the manager wants to go down that road, a bit of both, physical and a good footballing team would suit me. At the moment it's yet another Dunkirk retreat, rally the troops, supply them with the tools to get the job done, correct manager his mindset, re-training and it's on to D-Day. I could use a hundred Churchill rousing speeches, but suffice to say the fight goes on and on and on, Never Surrender. -
I like Jack too, he's young and still a bit naive, but can you imagine if the likes of SAF or Souness where his manager. His arse would be severely kicked, but they would mould the lad into wiser, uncompromising, hard talent imo.
-
Correct, i'm already looking beyond the next manager lol
-
If the board weren't already looking ahead for Pedro's replacement, then they are being negligent imo, if they haven't already made their minds up on someone, then it shows how far behind the ball they are.

My enthusiasm is returning again so i'm looking forward to tomorrow, all be with a little trepidation. We have nothing to lose save three points, but at this stage i just want us to attack them with some flair, We band of brothers, once more into the breach, cry havoc and let loose the dogs of war etc etc. -
We lashed out circa £2.5mil for Pena with little return so far, why not spend that sort of compensation/ wages for someone with a respected reputation. Never again some mush from Sheperds Bush, no income tax, no Vat free, no guarantee, Only willing horses need apply,

I cant wait till we get back to football being the most important thing on match-day/ night games, i found myself looking forward to meeting family and friends, mixing with Rangers supporters and enjoying the atmosphere round Ibrox last night, The football aspect i was more nervous about, the team had become stale, fearful and that had transferred up to the stands to. We need more than just a flash in the pan, sometimes good, sometimes woeful approach, consistency is what we need, ironic that as we cant get any managerial consistency. Anyway here's hoping, onwards and upwards, no like I've said that before, but then i'm consistent. RTID

Correct decision, now let us get it right this time ffs.

Ah but Pedro was dealt under the ''Rangers only rule book'' the Motherwell manager is being dealt with under the ''Everyone else but Rangers rule book''
-
When will it be time to go for Pedro?

After last night, i think we can out-gash them. -

With a heavy heart i have to say this team is going backwards, they lack the belief and the manager doesn't have the ability to turn it round to anything capable of testing Aberdeen, never mind competing with the tims.
