  1. They'rs so much more needed repaired and renewed at Ibrox before this. It's the fans money, so i would rather something was built or bought at Ibrox that would be of benefit for the fans, especially for our disabled brethren.
  2. I don't see a museum as a money making idea, more a place of our cultural and sporting memorbilia, that generates enough money for it's own upkeep.
  3. No i don't think they do? Also i didn't think you were representing the RST when you gave your thoughts on the merger. But sometimes in all the discussion, posts and threads one can get confused when you do and don't speak for the RST. Not a criticism btw, just an observation.
  4. I disagree Craig, i think plgsarmy words were direct and what was her true feelings. The merger will be pushed through, the board want it and the support want it imho. What remains to be seen though is, will the supporters representatives of the joint group, when negotiating on our behalf, will they stoutly defend the supporters interest's or meekly fall in line with what the club wants? That will be the true test of the groups independence.
  5. Not my preference tbh, but it looks like the RFFF committee have made their minds up. As a contributor to the fund, i'm a bit disappointed that the committee could not have asked the support first. Before deciding on a project. Is this how things are to happen going forward,? The club and a committee or board of fans representatives, decide what's best for the club, then ask the fans for a opinion of the decision already made? Suppose we will see if this decision can be changed, or it goes forward regardless of what the support think. I'm not seeing a great deal of support for this across the forums.

  7. Every c@nt is allowed an opinion about us, but we are not allowed an opinion on anything.
  8. A bit of RR then will do him the world of good, back fresh for the coop de grace against the Hivs and our opponents in the Scottish cup.
  9. Just one concern, well it's no really a concern as such, more an observation. Say Gough, Blair and another are picked to represent RF on a joint merger board, who then subsequently have to negotiate with the club, that then results in a vote of the Joint Group (JG) that could conceivable go against the club's wishes Do the Gersnetters panel think Gough and Blair will take the club line or argue the case for the Joint Group in any vote they must take? Or do they call conflict of interest and relieve themselves from said vote, therefore possible weakening the JG's position in the vote or argument?
  10. I really like Waggy, an honest, committed, professional for us. If his injury had happened a few months ago i think we could have been in a wee bit of trouble, however with the players MW has brought in MOH, King, Forrester, i think we'll cope now.
  11. Copied this from FF, I don't know the truth of it but i want to believe this "Hitler said in his other book Me And The Hoops or Mein Hoops, he was a big fan of ra selik and used to listen to their games through the BBC, on a old radio smuggle into him in Prison. He heard them singing Heil heil and adopted it for the Nazis party"
  12. What about the Tims seig "heil heil" is that not a fascist salute.
  13. They run the SFA and the SPFL but i don't see the IRA sporting wing carrying as much influence in England or even an Atlantic league,
  14. It's the club that's pushing for a merger of all the fans groups, it's just that the RF and RST have the most members and probably where the most interest is? Evryone pulling in the same direction would be the best possible idea, the only worry would be this new Joint Group independence. I know some of the candidates in the RF vote are saying "it will be independent" but there is independence and independence with a covert interference by the board, through friendly members on the joint board. I'm not saying that is the case in this matter, but anyone who has ever worked on a committee or board know there is always outside interference and agenda's at work . I think they call it "Lobbying" in american polotics, where big business have access to politicians who work for big business agenda in legislation.
  15. We are Scottish club but also a British club, so there's no reason why we shouldn't play in England guilt free. No matter how we tinker with the leagues up here it's not an attractive feature for the big money advertisers or sponsors. What have these fookers SFA and SPl or it's other disguise the SPFL, done for our club over the last few years, apart from trying to fine us into oblivion? If an opportunity should ever arise where we can move to England or an Atlantic league, let's leave this backwater of hate and agenda against us, to rot in their own bile.
  16. With the French on the retreat ( Platini) and the Germans (Rummenigge) on the advance it looks like another D-Day for the English.
  17. If Uefa where to sanction such a league, i think we should instead look south. But that would obviously depend on some of the top Epl clubs joining a Super European League. Our club might only be invited into the English Championship League but the scope for promotion to the EPL is a feasible possibility? That imo would be a better option for us rather than an Atlantic League.
  18. I think the vote is open to all Gersnet members? I
  19. Bh said it was a 50/50 split on shares and the club getting it's share? Something has happened that is scaring off guys, that were previously favourable to the merger? One does wonder why Gough and the good Reverend, who had no previous links, apart from endorsements, to the RF, now want to join the RF board. Is a hostile takeover of RF being implemented?
  20. A wee bit of sunshine on a rather dark and depressing forum today. Come on the Gers brighten it up further please.
  21. It's almost like it was contrived?
  22. The absolute pounding BH takes across the Rangers forums is staggering, i don't like it. He's not a personal friend of mine and he sometimes comes across as bit of a bellend, but then again i speak as the Bellend's bellend lol. BH always remains courteous though and tries to give answers to all the questions asked,. If he stops being a bellend and trying to take my title off me, i might even vote for him.
  23. No one is answering the RF internal e=mails i have sent two without return, bad form imo.
  24. I'll need to try and get into that Twatter Talk sometime. In the meantime here's to Frankie, Zappa and the troops on Gersnet.
  25. Thanks Buster, i'm just pissed off with it all and express my frustration by making light of it.
