Spiers and The Herald have a slice of humble pie.

The biggest bigot and fundamentalist in Scotland, Haggerty Tweets. No sense of irony that one. -

The RST has been very quiet lately responding to the lies, that have been reported as fact. About the our supporters attacking away fans Ibrox. It does seem on this occasion the board have allowed the RST some comment on this. But should the RST not be commenting on attacks and lies aimed at the support as well as the board? -

While happy that the board got their apology for lies told against them, what about the constant lies Spiiers and other Journalist's tell about the support. Don't we merit an apology? So much for all for one and one for all. -
Pish Frankie, not the article, we were also purported to be throwing cans and bottles of pish. There's a metaphor there for these stories. Now considering my young nephew had his tiny plastic bottle of Fruit Shoot confiscated at BR2, last home game against Livi. The preposterous idea that there was hundreds of cans and bottles of pish being thrown just doesn't stack up, it's a heap of pish.

Helen Martin: Who will tackle the hate-filled football thugs
aweebluesoandso replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
It's coming Ian, not only that going to away games (not that I go) is becoming to dangerous to be worthwhile, Facial recognition, FOCUS Offensive Behaviour etc.. Football fans are being scared away from the game. I honestly would stop all away fans from coming to Ibrox and discourage our fans from travelling to away games. I know people will say" that's easy for you to say as you don't travel to away games" and they would be right of course. -

This is what happens when the board adopt an old failed idea of dignified silence, lies like this are perpetuated and indulged. -
It's not just about leaving their ego's at the door Frankie, everyone must leave their partisan feelings too. What loyalty they had to their particular fans group, Association, Assembly, Buy Rangers or Rangers First must be dropped for the greater good of this new concept. It's to important for supporters representation and the welfare of the club, to get it wrong.

The aim of the new joint group i would hope, would be two or even three fold, Firstly to help the support get a seat on the board and gain influence through increased shareholding. Secondly to give the club financial help through direct financing from a membership scheme, also interest free loans in times of emergency. Thirdly and this is my personal wish, to purchase assets like the Albion Car Park. The support would own the land in trust in perpetuity for and on behalf and benefit of the club, The club would get the purchase price upfront, once the insurances, land duties, wages and taxes are paid. The club would get the balance of the revenue to spend on capital project or maintenance of Ibrox. It's a win win for the club. Some supporters will never join a supports group or membership scheme, i understand that. So they can't complain what the group is called, those who do join understand what their Direct Debit pays for. If it's any of the above options mentioned, then they are shareholder or part owners in the club.

Breaking: Dave King cleared of contempt of court

It's an unreasonable confidentiality agreement, being totally one sided. As Judge Smith says something about confidentiality agreement's are usually reciprocal however in this case SD hasn't agreed to anything ? -

Imho and not clued up legal mind, i think Ashley has interpreted the gagging order far to wide and to draconian. Don't think it was ever meant to cover everything Ashley demands? Hopefully Judge Smith will put the Rotund Rodent correct on legal matters. -

The Doleman character in court today tweeting the proceedings, has questioned the judges impartiality in a further tweet today. Surely that is bringing himself into contempt of court. He should be reported for his false allegations. Anyone know how to report his allegation? Quote.... @jamesdoleman seems little point going with full trial, bar wearing a rangers first scarf I don't think the judge could be more pro *rangers Edit. it was a retweet by him, but still foolish.
