I like these State Of The Club statements, i hope they become a regular feature .

If it can be proven by the SFA in today's judicial revue brought by Ashley, that he indeed had a dual interests in the Rangers board. Plus it could prove further the influence he had on the board, that might help the club prove he had undue influence in the drafting of the totally one sided contracts.

Not in anyway up with the law but. i would seek a judicial revue on these contracts. If or hopefully when Whyte, Green and CO are found guilty, surely they must have neglected their fiducial duties as directors by signing these contracts off?

I agree Frankie, it's a statement of the fact's, if any one wishes to contest it there are procedures in law to challenge it. Unlike Spiers i'm sure the RST could produce the evidence to back up their claims. Besides who nitpickers and splits hairs about a statement from our own supporters group? Erm some on here it would seem. The vast majority of the support over the Rangers social media forums agree with it wholeheartedly, the evidence is there to back up that statement just go on the forums and see for yourselves, yes there are some hand-wringers moaning, but you get them everywhere.

I cannot get to enthused, nor to congratulate any Journalist late to this argument. Rangers fans have been for years complaining about being subjected to this unfair selective vilification and harassment. That other football supporters are now being targeted and subjected to the same agenda comes as no surprise.. The Press themselves then as now, are at the forefront of our harassment, as is BBC Scotland, Police and Government. They all Learned by targeting Rangers fans, how easily it was to isolate one section of the football community and unfairly demonise them.. All they simple had to do was widen the net and apply the very same method, to attack, harass and isolate football fans in general. Everyone was well warned this would all come to pass, those warnings were ignored, sadly the Rangers fans predictions have been proven correct.
