Forgot to comment on this, I think Fergie is sort of hoping to get to 50 caps so that he can get into the Hall of Fame, well I hope so...

I wouldn't mind seeing a diamond formation although that might be difficult as a fair few of our players are central based and we would probably get over run. The main reason I would like to see a diamond is to see McFadden behind the strikers. I also don't think it would be wise to play imo our best strike force, Boyd and Miller, against the Czech's. Boyd and Flecther or Iwelumo and Miller in no way should Boyd and Iwelumo should play together. I'm not sure about Fletcher and Miller partnership either.

It's a bit of a joke for Friday night games. Its to do with players coming back late and moaning club managers. The police won't look after Friday night games either. Plus the hassle of actually getting to the games is going to be hard as well, well done UEFA for another bright but shite idea.

I thought we would have been looking at Bosmans last season at least its progress. Tbh we spent money to win the league and we did, but the Kaunas disaster cost us a lot.

Good results, and good to see operating expenses and Amortisation of player registrations (probably to do with reduction in players at the club) are down. That is probably to do with us offloading players.

Yes, too much is put onto height and strength with Scottish players rather than the technical aspects of the game and keeping the ball for long periods. Thats why a lot of small players get rejected and end up being top quality. I'm pretty sure Copenhagen rejected Modric cause he was too small. -

Zaulska was bought from Dundee Utd, I think it was Zbie Malkowski who was in goals at Hibs. Good points made there. His attacking philosophy is flawed and he is too stubborn to change, you would think an ex-defender would focus more on defence than attack. Although in some ways John Hughes works it quite well but he does have a reasonable squad at his disposal.

First league game lost this season a bit like another team closer to home . Plus it was one of Real Madrids rivals doing them a favour.
