  1. If you can't then pre-packs wouldn't exist would they?
  2. Yes I see it at least once week, have you? Locals are too busy making sure they keep their social rather than go out to get a job, there'd be no foreigners here if locals got aff their arses. All my foreign tenants work and pay rent my one local tenant is on the social and claims housing benefit. CPO's are a fact of life and have been for years, and as far as I'm aware non have been served at Menie. Of course golf courses don't last any length of time do they?
  3. http://www.trumpgolfscotland.com/Default.aspx?p=DynamicModule&PageId=278788&ssid=153035&vnf=1
  4. Yes the course is but there's just a temporary clubhouse, no hotel, timeshares or housed built yet. Everyone who I've talked to who has played there say the course is hard to play but stunning.
  5. Oh for a Unified Supporters Platform !............
  6. It works both ways, the programme didn't show the machinery that had been trashed, the hydraulic oil pipes cut, the greens dug up etc, etc. Though I do think the whole process could have been handled better, Trump didn't understand the clash of cultures and certainly some of the criticism heaped on him was merited. The use of Local Hero was clever in parts.
  7. Only one billionaire on that programme and that was Sir Ian Wood. "You've been Trumped" was nothing other than a hatchet job, the overwhelming majority of the local population wholeheartedly welcome Trump's development with open arms. Two major projects up here Trump's Links and the Aberdeen western periphipal by-pass were both unduly delayed by two "white settlers" protesting, surprise, surprise both of the "white settlers" f*&ked off back south.
  8. Can't sack a manager during an IPO either not when there's loads of filthy lucre to be made!
  9. Operation "Make sure you get the money in".
  10. One thing I noticed regards the singing today, a marked absence of FTP perhaps the notion that it's merely a self-inflicted wound has gotten through.
  11. Perhaps Mr Naqvi has asked Mr Green to ride someone else's coattails. All this confusion and speculation about who actually owns us could have been put to bed had Green kept his promise to give a full list of investors "next week" months back.
  12. Correction: The writer was not the aforementioned ecojohn but an equally incompetent poster 100bjd.
  13. He was an electronics analyst at BZW, would have been 21 at the time of the Man U float so you're probably spot on with the junior pen pusher.
  14. Normally McConville writes half decent stuff (once you strip out the bias) but this guest writer ecojohn is a bit of a clown and his postings are usually rather poor as is his research, haven't read the whole article yet but got as far as Worthington Nicholls which he links to Whyte alas it's not Worthington Nicholls that Whyte is linked with but the Worthington Group plc a different company altogether. Interestingly however one of the major shareholders in Worthington Group is Joe Dwek friend and business associate of Richard Hughes who is one of Greens investors and owns 91.84% of Zeus Capital. Worthington Group via the Jerome Pension Fund is the source of £1 million of the cash that was found in the Collyer Bristow client account.
  15. Looks like the same one that's been on the go for the guts of a year at another place.
  16. Always thought it strange why Duff & Phelps never asked Lord Hodge to rule on the validity of the charge, it's not as if they are shy at using the courts.
  17. It's like he's begging BDO to file a gratuitous alienation claim.
  18. You implying that Green lied in his statement yesterday?
  19. Sorry but Dingwall being satisfied or not doesn't alter my opinion one way or the other, he's a website and fanzine owner not a financial expert. It won't show there's no majority shareholder at all if parties are in fact acting in concert, there are many ways to mask beneficial ownership.
  20. A point to remember that David Grier isn't actually one of the administrators.
  21. Not quite, it will simply list the shareholdings in the names they are registered, leaving it free for anyone who chooses to hide behind their chosen nominee vehicle.
  22. Perhaps some of the various fans groups will ask the club why Rangers Direct charges £49.99 for a home top that costs £37 on Sports Direct.com. http://www.rangersdirect.co.uk/football-kits/2012-2013-football-kits http://www.sportsdirect.com/football-shirts/scottish-league-football-shirts/rangers-football-shirts
  23. Obviously, but Whyte got them appointed thinking he would get his wish and own the other side of, patently somewhere along the line the relationship turned sour. Also of note in the interview is Whytes' claim that he told Doncaster and Topping in October that administration or worse was inevitable because they did nothing to prepare for the shit hitting the fan yet in the full knowledge of what was going to happen got Rod McKenzie of Harper McLeod to re-write the SPL rules in December. Ergo Doncaster and Topping cause untold financial damage to their employers.
  24. No word on our new "official betting partner" yet ? Will we be following in the footsteps of Sunderland and Newcastle? If we do it will certainly raise a few eyebrows............
