  1. depends what he's gained or will I suppose. perhaps he was taking a chance but I don't think he's that daft or inexperienced.
  2. lists of their shareholders are available.
  3. in theory it applies to any club sold from now on. but yes its just us so far.
  4. no I fully understand your problem with Murray. my point is simply that whyte drove us hell for leather into liquidation. he had a reason for doing that. I don't know what yet. I dearly hope it was his intention it would only be admin and he would get weighed in. but I am far from convinced he didn't know exactly what he was doing. this is far from his firs liquidation.
  5. I'm taking most of the credit.
  6. they changed the rules recently so they do yes.
  7. they had to sign confidentiality clauses.
  8. a necessary function of administration. they claimed for all potential debt.
  9. yes he's to blame long term. but there is no need for us to be screwed yet.
  10. New venue, seems its going to be busy.
  11. greens named them. at very least to the sfa.
  12. its nothing to do with why we are in liquidation. even taking its the reason whyte was sold us as a given. its still nothing to do with why we are in liquidation. we are in liquidation because whyte drove us here with a series of very deliberate actions. when you accept that ask yourself why.
  13. yeah well I'm hearing a lot of the same things I heard a year ago about p Murray. I think I will reserve judgement on who's right this time for a while.
  14. you seem to have a decent grasp. of course last year all the missing money was in a foreign account being hidden from the tax man. the yahoos who said we weren't paying vat were lying and whyte wasn't selling off future season book income that was a dirty lie from the record. we shal see what's true and not now.
  15. I'm surprised at the vote. in fairness the sfl are getting offered a fair bit for their votes.
  16. that's the bid that d&p are suing Collier Bristow over. it also was for a share issue.
  17. actually the ticketus deal took the penny in the pund to hmrc much higher. something that might have achieved a cva.
  18. I'm not forgetting it but it could still be a dead duck not a gorilla. fact is right now we would be fine if not for whyte.
  19. it didn't include 20 million to hmrc. nor did it include 8 million cash at bank or 18 million to lloyds.
  20. it should also be pointed out this is oldco money and as such is being taken from ticketus and hmrc not rangers.
  21. in one word yes.
  22. no they were on it. tbk removed them from their bid as they recognised they would have to be paid.
  23. no surprise there. never going to get away with not paying our football debts.
  24. saw this on facebook. its excellent.
