Today I endured the expected abuse from the Timmy's in my work (all relatively decent guys btw), but they all shut up when I pointed out that they are going to win the league by default (basically :fish:) & that they were kicked out of the Europa league TWICE. It's not so good to gloat when you win a one horse race. I also pointed out that even if Rangers did cease to exist (which, of course, won't happen) it would still take the scumbags 13 years to win the league as many times as us and this fact alone, for me, is fucking excellent.

Lawwell would have been on the phone demanding the deduction as soon as the news of entering admin hit us at 3pm. Wouldn't surprise me if he has already asked for the trophy to be sent to Parkhead.

Even if the FTT don't rule against us HMRC would have appealed & it would have dragged on into next season & possibly beyond.

I, for one, don't believe much of what he says. But I do believe that when all is said & done, no matter what happens, we will still exist.

I was joking, but realistically, it's always an option for any company. I'd be extremely surprised if Rangers FC was liquidated though. Far too many implications for the SPL, SFA, our reported 400,000 fanbase & of course JJB sports :fish:

You are probably one of the better educated people on this forum on this subject matter (so I'm led to believe by previous posts) but you regularly post doom & gloom, always the negative side. Surely you could be constructive & suggest other options even if only slightly better. I can't help but think sometimes that you're posts are intended purely to make the thicko's like myself panic more.

I think that if we are liquidated although the Company name changes, the name registered for the team remains the same. On that logic I'd assume our titles are still our own.

I think what you are saying is right but administration doesn't have to take months if its done right so we could, potentially, play in Europe next year. Although we are Glasgow Rangers & people tend to treat us different.. I wouldn't be surprised if the rules change to block us.

It happens all the time in business, I believe the are called pre-pack administrations. Companies transfer assets to another company & fold the original, then they trade from the new company debt free (ish). I could be wrong. If it is the case & Rangers exist then go for it.. but it is a bit of a scummy move tbh. He did mention that we would avoid it if HRMC agree to a reasonable settlement so he could be trying to force them unto a deal because if we go down the quick fold route they would get hee-haw. But Im sure I read that HRMC don't negotiate with these threats.

The way I read DB's post was that if judges can't make up their minds on what songs are offensive or not then how can we trust them? & so by this logic why would we trust a judge that says CW is unreliable? Might not be true, but that was my take on DB's post.

The judge said that he did not know whether Whyte was truthful about genuinely forgetting the reason why he was banned as a director & that is the only reason why his evidence was 'wholly unreliable'.

I agree that he is better than Bartley at RB, but he has horrible timing, can't seem to intercept any through balls & his tackles are generally heavier than required. Sometimes he has good runs up the wing & now & again executes a perfect 70 yard pass but IMO he is a defender & he should be judged on his defence rather than the odd goal he creates.

Give the job to Walter, maybe he'd lend us some of the reported 5m wages to fund buying a striker!

I think if you study the shadow of the ball it seems to start on the other side of the line which suggests to me around a 2 cm gap.

IMO Broodfoot is an OK CB, but possibly the worst RB I have seen at the Gers. He played 3 or 4 good games for us but in between was absolute guff.
