I have reservations about Danilo.

He did miss chances last season but you have to ask whether every other striker would have been in a similar position to miss the chance.

It was very noticeable how our performance levels dropped when cerny went off. Motherwell must have been delighted to see him subbed

Of the £9.5m elite administrators were looking for regards the final year of the Hummel contract, wouldnt we have been due £3.5m ? And we didn’t receive £3.5m for the second year of the contract? so it was £9.5m - £3.5m -£3.5m = £2.5m ?

As I said in an earlier post I thought we seemed wary of them because of their result against Belgrade. They probably edged the first half although we did create chances. Second half I thought we were the better team. Bringing on Sterling automatically improves Rangers as a team.

Delighted to get a draw in the end. Thought we finished the better side by far. I think everyone was wary of Kyiv following their demolition of Partizan Belgrade but there’s still a bit of work to do in this tie yet.

You need the right players to play any set up. We don’t have the quality in wide areas up front in my opinion. Just look how often we rely on our FB’s to put a ball into the box

Maybe we should change our style of play then. Playing 2 wide men up front who continue to contribute very little needs looked at

Is there a reason Hagi can’t be utilised? just seems to me that a player who played for his country at euro24 might have something to offer us at the moment

If we going to persist with 2 wide men up front as we did yesterday then they’ve got to contribute a lot more than Cortes, Wright did and also Cerny and Matondo when they came on. I’m still convinced Hagi on the RHS MF is our best option just now

I wouldn’t have a problem signing Fleck as long as he could prove his fitness and was on a low wage on a short contract, given the fact he hardly played last season. He'd count as one of our homegrowns in Europe too I believe

We lack proper quality in key areas such as in wide areas up front. Until we get better recruits I don’t see that changing

We might have missed the Lundstrum we had in his first couple of seasons at Rangers but not the Lundstrum from last season

Disappointing performance( particularly first half)but I think we need to wait until the end of the month until we get a better idea of what the likely starting XI will be. Still too many basic mistakes & giving the ball away needlessly and we still lack quality in wide areas up front

See we’ve got Walsh as ref tomorrow with Frank Connor one of the AR’s and Clancy on VAR. Expect no favours from those cheats. Like going into a boxing match knowing you need a KO to get a draw ☹️
