    I am as cynical as anyone over this, and have said so repeatedly, but as it is going ahead, I would prefer to see it filled with 'noisy' fans who will push for change and question the antics of the staff and board or who will shout from the rooftops if it is, as we believe, nothing more than a talking shop and a facade.

    I do see this being the next battleground in the tit-for-tat war between the different groups within the support. The two posters who use Gersnet will be certain to attract plenty of vitriol from some.

    I hope that Mr Paterson is given a chance to make things uncomfortable for those who have set this up as a sop to the fans. While not always agreeing with the views of Mr Harris, I do think that he would ensure that everything was done by the book. The two of them together could be explosive!

    The club resembles the life and times of Paul Gascoigne. Short-term measures are just that, but unless the root cause is conquered, it will result in years of pain, with nobody knowing how many, only to end in premature death.

    So, not only are we to believe that the board opted for a scheme which wasn't as good as the alternative, but it did so after the vote was 1-4 against it! Fucking hilarious stuff.

    Wallace is as much of an enemy to the Rangers support as any of the others. He has lied, he has mislead and he has pleaded the fifth when things get a bit too hot. People shouldn't be taken in by him simply because he appears to be on the opposite side to the Easdale faction. He is still in the Wallace faction of those draining money from the club. They all need to be evicted.

    How the hell do I know the answers to those questions? Those running the show now are loath to give up the power that they have engineered for themselves over the past few years. I don't see that changing any time soon.
