  1. If so, considering all that's went on with them, do you think they might regret it now?
  2. Yea, we all know about their 'pedigree', about the tax issue, but I'm not really asking about that, it's more why did they get involved? Certainly hoping to make a few quid, this is modern football, everyone does. But is that the only motivation, were they sucked in by Green, or were they fully aware, is it purely money, do they hope they Club does well purely for that reason, or are they genuine fans and that's why they got involved etc.... I've heard a few 'reasons', though not entirely convinced by any. Probably a combination, but I'm interested in any opinions...........
  3. Take him in a heartbeat, for a season or half season as he says.
  4. Yes, wearing that badge makes a mockery of his letter, and all the innocent people who lost their lives due to the IRA, what about the disrespect shown there, you hypocrite.
  5. What was/is their motivation for getting involved in Rangers? I've heard/read alsorts, such as they were 'sucked in' by Green and probably now wish they didn't get involved, or they were identified by Green to be his group's front after he made his supposed exit, or they were hoping to have sold up and been out with a good profit by now, or wanting some level of respectability that a Rangers director brings (or at least used too, what with the procession of chancers we've had lately), or even they are genuine Bears who want what's best for the club................ Interested in hearing opinions on why they got involved.
  6. Though it's only for 150K http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/29953640 Leeds United served with winding-up petition Leeds United have been served with a winding-up petition by law firm Ford & Warren Solicitors over unpaid fees. The fees, which date back to when former Chelsea chairman Ken Bates, 82, owned the Championship club, amount to about £150,000. The petition is set to be heard at Leeds Combined Court on 13 January. Bates sold Leeds to GFH Capital in December 2012 before Italian businessman Massimo Cellino bought a majority share in April 2014. Nick Collins, senior partner at Ford & Warren, told BBC Radio Leeds: "This is not a dispute with Mr Cellino. This is something he has inherited from the previous ownership of the club. "We bear no ill-will towards Mr Cellino and we wish him well. I genuinely hope we can resolve this amicably but we must do what is necessary to protect our clients' position." The Elland Road side are currently 17th in the Championship, with no wins in their last eight matches.
  7. There is a 'noisy minority' on some Rangers Boards, FB etc, who thankfully, as has already been posted, are not indicative of our real life support to the best of my knowledge.
  8. I've pulled Bawsburst up for lying a good few times, to the point he supposedly has me on ignore. Not sure if he's a fantasist who's life is so sad he's online most of every day trying gather info to come across as if he's somehow in the know, or a paid plant for the Green gang. He's certainly a shitstirrer, who takes great pleasure in agitating and creating divisions between Bears, and blatant liar. Though that being said, I've seen D'Artagnan indicate he knew him...........
  9. And there's the rub. Some people are much more interested in their feuds, petty squabbling and ego's than Rangers. If certain people or organisations back someone or something, then others will automatically take the opposite view. Doesn't matter a fuck what's best for the club. It's pathetic and winds me up no end.
  10. Understood mate. But has it even been in a paper, the Mail or elsewhere, is it not just twitter pish? Although even if it was in a paper, means fuck all, as we know, and especially 'this rumour' ffs. It just reminds me of something probably started by the obsessed, and I think that's why I'm embarrassed that there is still threads actually going about it here and elsewhere. Just my opinion like, and as we all know, opinions are like arseholes. certainly not trying to dictate anything to anyone
  11. Stuff like this makes me so proud of our Club. I work with an ex squaddie and showed him pics I took when up at the Armed Forces day last Month. He has no idea, it's a shame about the English Clubs who don't do anything like this, but so proud we do. That being said, I do appreciate and share the concern about how it will look with a half empty stadium at present.
  12. Please tell me it's not only me that's embarrassed that there is threads going here and elsewhere about this 10million pish.

Cheers Shorerdbear, nothing to displease you I hope lol
  15. I really rate Gallagher, just unfortunate for him at present with the forward line we have. Would be very disappointed if we didn't hold onto him.

Cheers Zappa, I usually post on RM, but thought I'd have a gander over here.
  17. He says it's not the Rangers he knows, I agree, unfortunately it's not the Rangers I know either, with the amount of chancers who have no feeling for the Club or fans at all, who have been up the marble stairs in the past few years. But it's still the same Club, certainly not a new one. That's my view, and I believe Findlay's view as well, I think that's what he was saying. Still, it was incredibly naïve of him to think making comments like that wouldn't be spun into what has happened, incredibly naïve.
  18. Followed by the Hertz - tims game, on Sky as well. Could turn out to be a very good day
