Barker's... alright. He's just not of the desired quality, for us, going forward. However, I was always of the opinion that, as long as he was our player, he had qualities, or a skill set (pace, dribbling, work-rate, pressing, covering) that we could utilise in certain games. It's nice to see him doing well.

That's two games on the bounce that Fulham have lost late on when they should have had a point. The Newcastle game will still be crucial, but another few points here and there onto their total is important.

Patterson did well (so I added him to the list... ). I thought we were so much more assured when he came on, and rarely troubled afterwards.

I thought Roofe and Wright made a big difference. Wright in particular was very bright. He looks stronger.
