  1. Like the Osasuna game all over again. Cammy you should send this post on to the BBC or to Rangers themselves, the feeling is now that the Police just hate us full stop no matter how well behaved we are.
  2. Damn if I was made to pay a fine like that I would defo need to do overtime................................for 3 hundred years !!
  3. Davie Cooper. Again different generations may have different answers.
  4. There's too many to choose from. There's been outstanding volleys: Thern and Wilkins both against Celtic Outstanding free-kicks: Davie Cooper Skol cup final. Albertz v Celtic Mazy runs: Gazza and Laudrup both against Aberdeen. Lovenkrands has had some scorchers aswell. Bertie Bombscare v Celtic.............still makes me laugh. The nine in a row goal: Charlie Miller with a left foot cross and Laudrup with a header...........Yeah only once would that ever happen !! Can't choose sorry guys.........there's so many !!
  5. True true. There's a video of him playing for Schalke on YouTube aswell. I'll never forget the header that won us the Scottish cup years ago 3-2. What a birthday it was for me that day. SAME AGAIN ON MAY 5TH this year. Rangers v Celtic. A win would set me up for the rest of the day and evening..........please.
  6. Funny you mentioning Lovenkrands Gribz, I've been watching Rangers vids on YouTube most of the night and some of his goals were amazing and in the biggest of matches. In other words I'd love to see him back.
  7. Alan Hutton looked impressive against Hearts and is growing in confidence all the time. GK - Bring back Greame Smith of Motherwell incase McGregor gets injured. DF - If Svensson got his finger out, he could partner Webster in the future although I happy with Ehioghu and Weir for next season. MF - Scott Brown or Michael Tonge. ST - Koevermans better be as good as Prso has been for us.
  8. Who's the burd in the white T-Shirt beside the letter 'T' ??
  9. Mr McNee wanks cats for a living. A mindless bogle who seems to just degrade Scottish football and it's clubs. He'll be hoping for a job alongside Alan Hansen next. He's so fat and ugly his favourite musical instrument in school must have been the 'Dinner Bell' and his mother was a camel !! Apart from that he seems ok...........pfffft
  10. ha ha ha lmao.
  11. Bring back the high neck strips of last season. The away strip looks like Derby County or Gretna !!! Not happy !
  12. I agree, other than the Osasuna police I don't think their fans were too bad so I'm going for them as a wee outsider. Although their thrashing of Leverkusen will up their odds meaning not a big payout if you were to put money on them.
  13. Nice one Alan, I was looking for players to complete my excel spreadsheet at work. It's a quiz where I have to name over 90 players that were part of the Rangers squads in the nine-in-a-row seasons. I didn't have Stephen Wright.............nice one !!
  14. After watching the first leg last week I eagerly awaited tonights game thinking it may be a cracker. Needless to say the first goal hit the back of the net whilst my curry was still coming out of the oven. The second goal killed the tie completely, it was a well taken goal by Kanoute though. Spurs did make a game of it in the second half and it did end up being a four-goal thriller but there is only one thing to be said about this tie over the two legs: Daniel Alves.......what a fukkin Player !!!
  15. Liverpool v Man Utd for me. Liverpool made PSV look very ordinary last week and the players seem to have more passion than Chelsea, as for Man Utd.....well, I've 7 good reasons why I think they'll reach the final.
  16. Following on from Gribz thread yesterday, I thought we could make up a team of players who never got the chance or were a complete load of garbage but we probably paid millions for. I'll go for: 1. Lionel Charbonnier (No2 behind Klos and probably behind Niemi too !) 2. Bertie Bomb-scare Konterman 3. Tom Cowan (Never a chance at left-back because of Davie Robertson) 4. Daniel Prodan (My knee, my knee) 5. Oleg Kuznetzov (Mrs Doyle haircut) 6. Avi Cohen (Israel's finest) 7. Iain McCall (One cracker against Hibs errrrrrrrrr ??) 8. Terry Hurlock (Legend, never mind the ball, let's get on with the game) 9. Peter Van Vossen (What a miss) 10. Tore Andre Flo (Come on......12M for someone that tall and useless in the air !!!) 11. Oleg Salenko (After 5 goals in one world cup game Oleg decided to start the Diego Maradona diet..........SLIM-SLOW !!)
  17. I take it English players count as foreign Gribz ?? Foreigners: Keeper - Klos, apart from his kicking he's second to only Goram for reaction saves and closing down strikers. Defender - Amoruso, he brought the fun factor to football, you just didn't know what he was going to do next. Remember that thumping goal with his left foot at Pittodrie and the way he calmed the crowd down in that game too. Oh and his goal line clearance against Septic in the CIS Semi final one year. Midfielder - Albertz just ahead of Gazza and Rino, the power in that left foot was phenomenal. Winger - Lauders by a mile and a half, one shimmie and the defender was left docile !! Striker - Hateley, aggression, power, the partnership with Coisty ! Scottish: Keeper - Goram, just because of those instinctive saves like the one from Pierre Van Donkey Cock. Defender - Gough, wore the badge on his sleeve, he put his head where most people would be scared to. (No funny replies to that one guys) Midfielder - McCall, the clip of him falling off the car still makes me laugh when drunk at Bradford. His ball-winning ability is a lesson to Gattusso and Lemon ! Winger - Super Coop, brings a tear to my eye every time his name is mentioned. The reason I stared supporting Rangers, enuff said really, sniff sniff. Striker - Super Ally, it makes me laugh though when his name is mentioned, you knew Ally would be on the end of a Hateley knock-down every time !! Rangers son !
  18. Balaban is a great player, my uncle is Belgian and said to me in an email last week that Balaban could handle the Scottish league in a way that Berbatov has taken to the English game, will Walter sign him.................we'll wait and see.
  19. Agreed, I think it could be them or Man Utd for the CL this year, Bayern look like they are through aswell although what a game that was too !!!
  20. And to think Sionko has actually scored more than Sebo !!!!
  21. Thought this would be a close match but Liverpool were different class. Three outstanding goals making PSV look like also-rans. Bellamy wasn't even used.......frightening !!
  22. Would love to mate but got a lot to save for at the mo, car has it's MOT and road tax this month, Birthday in May, stag do's, bills, you know how it is.
  23. I normally go for the three from each section at bigger odds with normally no more than a £3 or £4 bet but with the Internationals this week it's quite nasty and I'm too scared to bet on Scotland !!
  24. Again I was thinking I might give the coupon a miss this weekend after ICT and Liverpool ruined last week's possible £900 for me. The games (Internationals) this weekend are tougher.
  25. Hurlock

    Keep Believing

I'm not getting my hopes up, I hope they have a few more Scott MacDonald moments though !
