What makes you certain Dessers is surpluses to requirements? Manager has never shown any desire to move him on. Like all players if a suitable bid comes in, he'll be offered the chance to accept it. Otherwise he's here for the foreseeable. In fact, like it or not, he's currently the only option we have as a number 9. You're summation that is a mess is 100% correct and it's a mess we have less than 7 days to address.

Looking at todays starting 11 / bench and assuming Cenry goes straight into the 11, I think we are still 4 or 5 players short of where we need to be. Still a huge amount of work for Koppen and Clement to do in less than 7 days.

If Dessers leaves we are woefully short of No9 options. Danilo looks way off it (he is recovering from injury so he is going to be way off it) and Igamane is nowhere to be seen (manager did say he'd take time to get un and around the 1st team).

If Tav leaves we require a starting RB, we need a 10 if Clement is going to persist with his favoured position, but for me most of all we require 2 CBs and a number 9. Our defence looks very weak and injury prone.
