  1. 100% but only if they are replaced with better quality. If they aren't, the downwards spiral continues.
  2. Gary Stevens is the best right back I've see play for Rangers (Sandy Jardine was coming to the end of his career when I started watching Rangers on a regular basis). However, to believe we could attract a player of his quality now, we are deluding ourselves. Pity tho...!!
  3. And you keep replying - not sure why..... 😀 if you don't like it or agree with it, post a counter argument or simply just ignore it. The clubs a mess from top to bottom, we are playing an unspecified amount of our home games away from Ibrox (possibly our CL qualifiers), our Chairman has been in hiding for over a year, we've several key roles still to be filled, we can't sign any players until we move players on, we have had a shit-show of a pre-season (with 2 more games to play), our injury curse has struck again and we look in a worse state than we were this time last season. Too many fans focused on moving on the "serial losers" (their term, not mine) and assuming that once they have been shifted (sold, paid off) that everything in the garden will be rosy. On the playing side, things may change over the coming weeks, but it's hardly ideal as two weeks today we kick-off away to Hearts at Tynecastle and we still don't know who will be in and or out, who our best starting 11. As usually I'll be in the minority (and I'm more than comfortable with that) but I've not been this disconnected from the club / team since the Spiv and Murray days.
  4. But the majority of the "serial losers" are away (if Tav and Goldson go), so surely everything will be OK? We'll canter the league and conquer Europe. If you mean CLUB rather than TEAM then you're 100% correct.
  5. Buzzin for the season starring....
  6. Nope, Tavernier decent right back, but not a wing back or a midfield player. And a team full of right backs is just a silly idea......
  7. Neither Ridvan nor Lawrence are good enough to play left midfield or left wing back in my humble opinion.
  8. As long as its far way from Rangers 😀😀
  9. So 3-4-3 with a left wingback (or left back in midfield) and bo right wingback? Interesting.
  10. Sure Clement said the starting 11 today would get 75mins, then those not starting would get 75mins against Birmingham mid-week.
  11. Injured according to managers interview on RTV yesterday
  12. My nephew has just been promoted from his junior U20 team to the 1st team - hopefully Rangers are watching him 😀
  13. I'm sure I read that the neat they've ever sold a player for is £3M. Not saying we'd get him for anywhere near that, but £7M *may* interest them.
  14. Didn't Russell Martin put the kibosh on the deal last season?
  15. There will be a few who won't like this 🤷‍♂️😀😀
  16. You'd rather listen to Sutton than Boyd? Oh well, whatever floats your boat as they say.
  17. Apologies I did miss the 😀 from my reply. It was meant to be a silly response. I'll remember in the future not to post links from certain outlets and both mention any ex-players who've written about the state of our transfers / club 😀😀
  18. Oh I didn't realise Boyd was.yet another ex-player who is persona non grata
  19. Won't post the link but Kris Boyd with an "interesting" rant in today's Sun.
  20. Sound the klaxons we have a rumour. Scott Burns used to be quite reliable... [Daily Record article linking us with Morgan Whittaker]
  21. Believe Motherwell are looking for £4M for him but haven't received any offers. I know a guy who's son came through the Motherwell system with Rice and Miller. He said Rice was the better prospect when we signed him but Miller has developed since and has overtaken Rice. Maybe we should have taken both of them back then, but hindsight and all that.
