  1. Nothing to do with your opinion on the yellow cards it was to do with you trying to stipulate what deserves a new thread or not. You are welcome to your opinion and I respect your opinion but leave the moderating to the people who Frankie put in place.
  2. Yeh okay Craig, you'll know what nonsense is better than me.
  3. Another thing that worried me was that when Miller was getting attention Ross McCrorie was also lying on the ground pushing his knee. He has been pushing his knee in the last few games. i hope he is not playing with an injury.
  4. It does go for everyone but Windass is the one who is now missing a game for at least 2 stupid cards that were totally unnecessary that is why I singled him out and he deserves it in my opinion. These rules are not new they are also followed in youth football. Yes he is playing great but that is all the more reason not to miss games because of stupidity. He missed most of last season through injury so he should be wanting to play every game and he is getting paid to play not for sitting in the stand.
  5. He may be good for Pointless.
  6. The length of time for a hamstring is depending whether it is just irritated or a tear, Irritated is normally 2 weeks but a tear you are looking at 6 to 8 weeks. As miller was stretchered off I would indeed fear for the worse.
  7. I think Barjonas was at fault for the goal letting Stevenson walk away from him although I don't think Alvis was squeaky clean on it either. I doubt Murty will drop Alvis and rightly so. I don't think he is a great man marker and he was also poor at the Ross County goal but he is a good organiser and sees a good pass forward putting the ball sometimes right on to the toe of the forwards.
  8. DB will you stop telling people what they can post and what not. Maybe you are a site regulator on your German site but not on here.
  9. Taking one for the team is putting in a tackle, push, shove that will clear a dangerous situation. taking your shirt off after a goal or kicking the ball away is not taking one for the team. If he picked the ball up he would not have been booked.
  10. To be fair in the past a miniscus or cartilage operation meant them opening up your knee and cutting away a part of the cartilage putting a player out for at least 6 months. Now it is keyhole surgery and you can be playing again in weeks. Football is far more physical\Athletic game as in the olden days. I remember an old Rangers player saying "We used to run 10 yards and kick the ball 40 yards. Now they pass the ball 10 yards and sprint for 40 yards"

  12. Misses the Motherwell game because of his stupid yellow cards. one was for taking his shirt off and one for kicking the ball away. i can't remember the other but he is letting the team and the players down. Murty should grab him by the ears and give him an ear rub.
  13. That is a turn around. I would leave it as it is for now and see what he does until new year.
  14. I was not talking about one post to be honest but I will leave it at that as I don't want to be seen as insulting. If you want to discuss it further PM me.
  15. I don't think he did work hard or at least only in periods yesterday. I saw him watching play on numerous occasions when he could have got behind the ball. He watched Tav on a 1 on 1 with Barker(?) a few times when he could have doubled up. Don't get me wrong he is normally a really good player and must be one of the one's up for the player of the year award. He didn't show it yesterday.
  16. Sorry I never knew that. I thought we had the not getting three in a row behind us as well.
  17. I think if Ryan Thomas goes now he will probably only be a couple of million euro's at most. Transfermarket has him at 1.13 but he is in fantastic form at the moment helping take normal relegation candidates up amongst the big guy;s, I will also say take a look at AZ at the moment 2nd in the league with virtually all young players. AZ have probably the best academy in Holland at the moment followed by Ajax. It was Feynoord for years but it is the same with everything in finding the right time to update. I don't want to say too much as I am going to try and write a piece on my views of Dutch Football shortly.
  18. So when you mention my name you are Questioning my attitude. when I mention your name in reply I am throwing abuse and insults. Okay I didn't realise it worked like that.
  19. Lets not talk about signing players that play one good game against us. We have burnt our fingers on that one often enough.
  20. Thanks mate I do say what I think and I do try and be fair but burying your head in the sand as DB just to be positive helps nobody. There are also times I get it wrong. Some will say more often than not. For me there were 2 players who scored under a 5 and that was Candeias and Barjonas, Could we expect anything else from an 18 year old being thrown into an Easter Road cauldron? Barjonas played in a pivotal position. If that peg does not hold firm then the line from front to back playing through the midfield becomes difficult and you end up passing the midfield by. I am not blaming the guy as he is only 18 playing against possibly the most physical midfield in the league. I love Morelos and he would get a 7+ for me every week but I do worry at his confidence level. He looks frail and like he is crapping it when he gets a chance where as in the beginning he looked like man mountain diving in for everything. That is just my opinion and open to discussion. As I say I do try and be positive.
  21. I don't normally do this as it is just not my thing but a 4 for Candeias is being very generous. the guy was horrific. Now, everyone can have a bad game but yesterday it looked like he did not give a shit. instead of getting behind the ball he acted as if he was marking a backward pass so as he didn't have to run. He let players walk away from him. He stood and watched while Tavernier tried to deal with 2 players. I gave him minus points in another thread but he did jump for the windass goal so maybe a 1 or 2 was more realistic. If that is his reaction to a few games on the bench then I will be looking for a January exit and I really liked him until now. He has been one of our best players.
  22. A lot of talk about signing Mcginn but he will probably go to the *******s. I will give you a better option who can pass a ball He is from New Zealand so there is no language barrier and this film is from 2015 he has improved immensity and taking the game by storm in Holland. Far better than McGinn in my eyes. PS. Only 23.
  23. McCrorie excellent again. Candeias is it possible to give negative marks. If so then -2. he was terrible.
  24. I don't think he did I think it came from supporters.
