It was Holt that mucked it up. I would prefer Toral on. Holt is having a mare and letting Brown put him off playing football. Hyndman is pretty invisible. Apart from that we are doing not too bad. Toral on for Holt and Dodoo on for Miller.

I am not sure we needed a new thread for this but Okay. For me something stinks. Something is not right. What makes a guy that has never managed a big club jump out from nowhere. A guy with a pretty crap CV that should not even have reached the last round of interviews judged on his CV. I don't know if someone bumped into him while he was at Largs when he did his coaching papers and was super impressed with him but someone had an agenda to make him manager. I hate to say this but I wonder if he has connections with Sports Direct. That someone ploughed through 60 candidates, reading 60 CV's and picked this guy is Roy of the Rovers stuff. I can only hope he does good and I will judge him on his deeds but I have serious thoughts\doubts at this moment just who is running Rangers.

We know that the liquidators have gained huge funds which will probably clear all normal debts. This is a question. Can they Liquidate a company that possibly has a plus amount in the bank.

What did Green do? He also bought Newco as a loan that was to be paid back. I am no business person but that seems to be a thing that is accepted in the Finance\Football world. Many teams seem to be taken over with their own money. Did Fergus McCann not do the same with Celtic?

I agree there was fraud from the 2 of them but the actual buying of Rangers wasn't fraudulent. What happened between Whyte and Green has nothing to do with Oldco. To gain Rangers Whyte said he would pay of LBG and he did. He also paid MIH 1 pound to take over the company. Where his case may fall down is that he never let it be known that he was banned from being a director of a company and therefore should not have been in the position to buy. If we win the BTC it will throw up some very interesting scenario's and probably court cases.
