So a team that is 89 minutes in the attack, Hits the bar 10 times, has the ball kicked off the line 10 times, saw the other team reduced to 9 men and also missed 3 penalties. Then they lose a breakaway goal in the last minute to the only attack from their opponents in the whole game. Surely that team has dominated the game but lost.

Why should I fill an A4 when 1 word does.

Chris Burke signs for Ross County until end of the season
pete replied to ian1964's topic in General Football Chat
A sign you are getting old when you see a guy you saw coming through the ranks reaching the twilight of his career:(. -
No they're not, Matches are won with goals but the team with the most goals have not necessarily dominated the match.
-
I wish we had him in this team. He was 200% better than what we now have.

It might be a good game we are only 2 points behind with a game less played.

A big difference from last season is that the full-backs had already scored a barrow load but in the SPL they cannot play as gung ho as they could in the Championship. There are very few top leagues where a full-back will score as much as ours did last season.

Welcome mate I hope you find what you are looking for here.

Watch as Rangers fans appear to throw seats at Aberdeen fans
pete replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
Can someone enlighten me on this. I read about people been given tickets for away games. Surely these tickets are numbered and it can be traced to exactly who is missing a seat. Is that too simplistic? -
Well i hope they end up in the valley's at the end of the season

I doubt many will remember him now as I don't but thanks for that.

As I said they repeated it a few times maybe someone who watched the whole analysis can tell us if they gave an explanation.
-
Were we watching a different game to big Eck and Neil McCann because they both said that apart from a par flurries Aberdeen dominated most of the match. I was too sick(scunnered) to watch the whole analysis but they repeated it a few times in the short time I listened.

Not if they start where Foderingham started then there probably isn't, but if a keeper sets himself in a good position then I disagree many would have saved it. It came from around 30 yards he had plenty of time to get across if he was in a good position.

Not really an unsung hero in my eyes as he was just one of my real hero's.

It is certainly not a black-white divide as my B-in-L is a Celtic season ticket holder and indeed catholic but he also voted against independence.

It is unfortunate that it was never a foul but the fact is once again we lost a goal to a set piece. I am of the meaning that it should be almost impossible to score from that distance. Yes it was a beautiful free kick but if Foderingham was better positioned he could have taken it without even diving. If he was centrally positioned and expecting it in that corner then he should have gotten across easily for it. The chances of it going in to the top left corner from that position were minimal and the trajectory would have given him far more time to get across. Foderingham has to take the blame for the goal in my eyes.

I thought the Referee had a good game up until the Kranjcar booking. That was never a booking. Then Shinnie made the exact same tackle a few minutes later and gets away with it when he was on a red. Shinnie had also persistently fouled during the whole game and should have been booked for that alone

If I were the SFA after all the events that have happened I would cancel i full week of fixtures just to let fans know what it would be like without football. What is happening now is beyond rivalry. The 12 minute clap was a damp squib in my opinion and our songs(not only TBB) seemed to have a bigger affect on them.

On another note given from where the free-kick was, I have no idea Why Foderingham started so much to the left-hand side of the goal. If the ball had of gone to the back post he would have had far more time. Plus from that position 9 out of 10 times the ball would have went to his right-hand side of the goal. He should have been standing in the centre or centre-right of the goal

Guy's can we cut out belittling each other. We are all disappointed but reading all your squabbling with each other doesn't make it any easier. If you want to squabble go private. Thanks!
