I can't imagine that the tax deal has anything to do with it unless something happened yesterday at the trial to frighten someone. As nothing has been reported on that I would doubt it very much. The tax deal has been there from day 1 why should it now all of a sudden be a problem.

I doubt that for the reason that it would also be in Whyte's advantage to have the tax bill nullified. Surely Administration would also be in Whytes 'best interest?

I have the feeling that something like that is going on as well. That is where the end of the season comes in in my opinion. If we can win the League this year and start 10 points adrift next season then it will be a case of clearing the debt with minimal destruction. A new owner picks up the tab for peanuts and everyone lives happily ever after.

I hope you are right, I think. It could be that King or Park\Murray are trying to buy time to put in an offer. I thought of the Tax thing as well but the fact that that has always been on the menu makes me believe that, that is not the problem. It was also there when AJ said a deal could be done in 48 hours.

Personally i don't think the joining of supporters groups should just be about the Billy boys but that we should be working together on all different projects that will help take supporting our club to a higher level. Living in Holland I can never be an Ibrox regular but if I can even make a small difference in other ways then I would love to do it.

This is just a great wee site with good I believe pretty intelligent discussions. It is nowhere near as busy as the other websites but that suits some of us that type one word a minute.

Welcome mate, I hope you enjoy our site. This is definitely going to be a very exciting few days up to Sunday evening. A new owner and two wins will certainly make it a very happy Easter. As for Thomson we will just have to hope he plays above himself and puts on a good performance for both teams. I do agree though if it was Brines then the papers would be full of protesting tims.

If the sale goes through then we have to start on a positive note. We have to believe that things will get better and give Whyte the benefit of the doubt until otherwise is proven. The only thing is we must be far more vocal when we see that something is not going right.
