You can’t hold that against him BD. People come through these things and come out the other side. It shows considerable commitment and strength to do so. We all struggle at times and deal in different ways. Anyway, for me rehab is not an issue. He can’t be discriminated against due to that. I’m not sure he would be a good appointment though. Not the required managerial experience.

Miller is a major symptom of the problem. He should be shown the door. Doesn’t look like he will do the decent thing and leave!
