I'm all for fairness & parity mate, but I never seen that last night,it wasn't a dirty game just poor refereeing again
-
Well in that case I'll wish you a happy New Year now , and all the best for 2010,see you next year WATP
-
When Lafferty did what he did against the SHEEP both him and Rangers came out and condemned his actions and was rightly punished, CLASS, don't expect the same from Dods & DUTD.
-
Agreed Craig,I was just making reference to the way the MOPE in black dished out cards to Rangers players for nothing tackles
-
Depends if Miller plays IMO, if he does play I reckon we will hump the MOPES 3-1,if he doesn't play we'll hump them 3-1 :-]
-
Who's doing the game at the piggery ?. Let's get the build up started
-
Never a red card IMO,Dods had already hacked Miller down for the penalty,no booking, and wrestles with Miller then feigns injury,no booking. I won't hold my breath for this to be rescinded.

You really couldn't make this shit up.................BRILLIANT

With Craig Levein in the directors' box, Boyd provided the perfect illustration of why his return to international football is so obviously desirable for the new Scotland manager, irrespective of how poorly it may be received by a sizeable constituency of the Tartan Army. Boyd's stock with the Rangers supporters has never been higher and his quickfire pillaging of the United defence had them rocking in the aisles as the stadium PA announcer greeted each goal with a reminder of where it placed the striker in relation to Larsson's SPL benchmark. http://sport.scotsman.com/sport/Fivegoal-Boyd-sends-chill-down.5947986.jp

And wht's the chances of that happening ?

It is as far as I know, superb.

Yip,they are there to be shot at when things are not going so well with plenty shooters at the ready ,so it's only fair to tribute to them all for giving us something to be proud of again, what a month we've had blowing all the pretenders away with style, graft & goals, long may it continue,or at least continue into the piggery to start another TIMPLOSION. And well done Sir Boyd of Rangers :spl:

Aye,but most of his goals come from the dodgy penalties and against the '' WEE TEAMS '',

Aye,but lets not forget we only scored that amount of goals because all the teams lay down to us,plus all the bad defending and goal keeping, all the penalties we got, off side goals, mason refs............................... :spl:

RANGERS' vital clash with Dundee United definitely goes ahead tonight after a successful inspection this morning of the surrounding areas at Ibrox by the club and police. Four of the scheduled SPL matches have already fallen victim to the severe weather in Scotland but it's all systems go at Ibrox. Walter Smith's side will be bidding to open up a seven-point lead ahead of Sunday's New Year Old Firm showdown with a win and, of course, are fresh from a 3-0 victory over United at Tannadice on December 15. A club statement today reads: "Tonight's match is definitely on. Groundstaff have been working on the surrounding areas and there was a successful pre-match inspection of the stadium and its environs at 11.00am this morning."

TBH,I do think he will keep the same team, with the obvious change being probably Wilson for Bougherra. If Beasley doesn't make it maybe he will bring back Whittaker at RM ?, alternatives being Lafferty or Naismith if his injury has cleared up, but as always trying to second guess WS is hard,he may even put Broadfoot in beside Weir with Whittaker in at RB, but for me I'd play Wilson as he has shown he can handle the big occasion and won't let anyone down, and I'd have Whittaker at RM as he is more suited there than Lafferty if Beasley doesn't make it.
-
That's my point Craig, is it just coincidence that the players who were hounded out were Rangers players ?, I don't think so. Why any supporters would want there best players out is beyond me and tells me they are not supporters
-
But that is not the same Pete, you'll always get fans slagging their own players because they think they are shit. You wouldn't have heard them shouting dirty HUN BASTARDS, I've heard that at a Scotland game. On my last post I said about the TA booing BF & Greegs, can you explain that ?. When all this fiasco was going on the radio phone ins were full of TA members looking to hang these guys and a certain person from the TA, Hamish Husband, who is the TA spokesman, said the majority of the TA did not want BF,AM or Boyd back in a Scotland jersey, yet were quite happy to ignore all the other players who were involved in Boozgate !!!
