Agreed. Someone needs to tell Kent you don't have to beat a man before you pass... especially when you keep failing to beat a man. Hagi would be better played through the middle too.

I've given it to Aribo. I thought Morelos was fairly anonymous today but his wee dink to Aribo for the second was very nice and deserves credit.

Decent performance today. One positive change noted was our desire to keep attacking the opposition. No more sitting on a one goal lead, by the looks of it. Given our defensive lapses, we need to do this. The first two goals were terrific.

I'd have dropped McGregor and Morelos last night.

GvB couldn't have come in at a much tougher time. We have Livvy, Hibs, Aberdeen, Hearts and Celtc away in the next few weeks.

I'd give MotM to the ballboy in GF1, after his highly successful wind-up (not giving the ball to the Sparta player and following it with with some cheeky nodding and smiling). His actions got at least two Sparta Prague fans lifted. 🤣

Kamara and Morelos were much, much better than they were on Sunday. I've went for Bassey too. Being honest, I was worried about him starting there, particularly in light of his showing in the reverse fixture but he played very well indeed (similar to Balogan, who went from bombscare to comanding defender overnight).

Just back from the game. Dighted with the result and the performance but felt we should've scored more.

If it was up to me: Mclaughlin. Patterson Balogun Goldson Barisic. Kent Jack Davis Aribo. Hagi. Sakala. In a 4-4-1-1 formation.

I would hope GVB will have seen enough to decide who starts and what we think, which is probably largely based on recent performances, is irrelevant. It's up to the players to show they want it.

That is a promising appointment.
