  1. Quite a turnaround from the Aberdeen game to today. That was definitely the most enjoyable match of the season, thus far ...by quite a distance. The joy on the faces of our players at full time was very obvious and hopefully it's addictive!
  2. A thoroughly enjoyable performance. Hopefully that continues.
  3. He has played well today. He has been a bit rubbish previously though.
  4. If it wasn't for the poor defending, that would have been an excellent first half performance. Tav's goal was a screamer.
  5. I take it Aribo will be played further forward in that line up? Hagi and Roofe are the two forwards who can create something out of nothing - one of them should be in the starting 11.
  6. What the Livi defender did was bloody stupid but my word, that was quite a ridiculous collapse by Kyogo. Get a slight slap on the back of the head and then fall over backwards!? Deary me - that's truly embarrassing.
  7. Their result today is certainly an unexpected boost. Come on Rangers, get a win tomorrow!!! ??
  8. Not looking forward to tomorrow's match, in all honesty. We're not good to watch at the moment, often starting poorly, only playing with intensity in short bursts, predictable going forward (or should that be sideways) and defensive lapses seem almost inevitable. Any win will do.
  9. Goal difference is an actual thing. Fickle fans are ones who leave early, don't turn up or stop caring when things aren't going well.
  10. Some people just refuse to accept Rangers being awarded a penalty, regardless of whether it's the correct decision or not. I'm usually quite honest about dodgy decisions that go in our favour (mainly because I enjoy the rage it prompts in opposition fans) but that was a definite penalty on Wednesday evening. Dick is appropriately named.
  11. Maybe the club could continue to participate in the initiatives but also make public concerns about the objectivity of NBM?
  12. I take it a scramble is where money gets dished out then? Being thrifty is a Presbyterian trait, @compo. ?
  13. A quick wander through Wester Hailes or Pennwell would certainly suggest otherwise. There's a spot not far from me that was named 'Little Bosnia' until recently. What is this scramble/poor oot you speak of?
  14. I take it you weren't there when they had a mass coughing fit during the silence for the Ibrox disaster?
  15. I seriously doubt it. More of the same, I expect.
  16. Squad players have done little to boost their credentials when picked or brought on as subs. Agreed. The grace period gained with 55 has gone, after the two home draws against two mediocre teams. Time to sort it out.
  17. Substitutions have always been a bit of an issue with Gerrard. It all seems a bit formulaic, similar to Warburton. It's usually like for like and doesn't change how we're playing. Bringing Wright, Sakala and Arfield on certainly won't strike fear into the opposition.
  18. Poor recruitment and a lack of invention from the players and management are going to cost the club millions, if things don't change soon. Sakala - I just don't see anything there. Bacuna looks like he can pick a pass but is not a hard worker, which is why (presumably) he isn't playing much. I recall people saying how strong our bench looked earlier this season...seems bonkers now. Our midfield is powderpuff and that's no use in Scotland.
  19. I couldn't get near the gates this evening. There was a bit of congestion before kick off. Sometimes you don't need to do something physical when you care about something or someone. I know what Walter Smith means to me and he knows what he means to us. Memories that will last forever.
  20. That was embarrassing tonight. I have nothing else to say about it.
  21. Awful news. Walter Smith gave us all some great memories - his legacy will last forever.
  22. Just checked and the rail strikes will commence on Monday (1st Nov).
  23. Thankfully, I'm getting the train through tomorrow. I take it the Subway won't be hugely impacted by it (I'm assuming it'll be beneath* those in attendance)? *literally and metaphorically.
