I'd prefer a British manager but don't see any obvious candidates.

The first two goals were two of the best I've seen this season. Hopefully City thump United next week to wrap up the league title (my interest in English football has waned in the last few years but I still can't stand that team from Stretford).

I'm not on the board, so I can't help you with that one. I'm hoping for Proud'homme. But if it's a youth coach, we may as well hand the scum 10 in a row right now.

Seems to happen a lot with our players. Goss, John and Martin all started well but have since gone off the boil. We need some players and a manager who know how to win things. It really is that simple.

Bates and one experienced defender, with decent credentials, would be good enough. Alves is finished and Martin is pretty average. We have been crying out for a spine since McCoist left. New keeper, new central defender, a higher quality midfielder and a good striker and we'd be much better. Our injuries this season have had a very negative impact.

All the best to Queens Park but I honestly couldn't care less about Hampden, the SFA or the Scotland national team.

I didn't think ours was a penalty. Murphy scored a decent goal but Motherwell always looked dangerous. Overall, it was disappointing. Not good enough from the players or management.

Poor performance. Is Murty incapable of changing things?

Windass has been garbage for weeks. He has been anonymous today, again.

Ideally, I'd have McCrorie at DM, with Docherty and Dorrans ahead of him.

Docherty and Dorrans in central midfield pleases me a great deal.

It takes the stewards additional time to unravel big banners. I think it's daft but that'll be the main reason behind this.

I think it's just Motherwell's way of keeping out smoke bombs and the like. The way we're treated nowadays is another reason I refuse to step foot inside another top flight side's ground (Murrayfield was an exception).

Tav being injured would be a worry (are we ever going to have a fully fit squad?) But Dorrans being ready to start is a massive positive.

Terrible news. Wilkins was a great footballer. Hopefully he makes a recovery.
